Call to Worship
Leader: God saves, God redeems, and God calls.
People: God called Moses in the wilderness, the prophets in the hills, and
the disciples in the cities.
Leader: Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside
every weight and the sin that so easily beset us.
All: Let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us looking
to Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith. AMEN.

SUMMER AT ABYSSINIAN
Send a Postcard—and your Tithes and Offerings!
When God has blessed Abyssinians enabling them to take wonderful and
well-deserved vacations, we love to hear about them. Wherever your
travels take you this summer, drop us a line, send us a postcard—and
we hope you’ll remember to keep paying your tithes and offerings too!
You can drop them in the mail (with your postcard) or pay them online
at Abyssinian.org.
Our Website is More Secure
Abyssinian has partnered with Sucuri.net to make our website more
secure. Sucuri is protecting abyssinian.org from hackers, malware and
other brute force attacks. Your financial data has always been
protected and encrypted by our SSL (secure socket layer) certificate.
We continue to identify ways to enhance our web security.
Online Giving Upgrade in the Works
In an effort to keep up with technology and provide a viable and
current online giving platform, Abyssinian is actively searching for a
new, secure, user-friendly, and scalable online giving solution that can
grow with us to meet our current and future needs. We will keep you
posted regarding upcoming changes. If you experience any issues or
challenges as we select and migrate to a new online giving platform, we
encourage you to make our webmasters aware so they can address
them quickly. They can be reached at [email protected].
When a decision is made on a new provider, you will be the first to
know. We look forward to getting your feedback.
Abyssinians, wherever your summer travels
take you, remember that God loves you and so
do we!
