Rubrails with Stainless Steel

Trim and End Caps

Durable PVC rigid or semi-rigid rubrail trimmed with the high-end look of stainless steel. Rubrails can be drilled and countersunk to your specifications and cut to your requested length. Many are available coiled to avoid seams. Available in Type 304 and Type 316, our Stainless Steel is pre-polished, drilled and countersunk and available in various lengths and thicknesses. Custom Stainless Steel strakes produced upon request. Stainless Steel and Rigid rubrail can be custom bent to your splash for a perfect fit. Stainless Steel and rigid or semi-rigid rubrail can be used independently, but for maximum security and durability, we recommend their use together.

Uniflex®

RubrailsThe Uniflex® Rubrail is a revolutionary patented product which combines the best features of our traditional rigid and flexible

rubrails. The product is a dual durometer co-extrusion, meaning the two hardnesses of plastic are joined in the molten state,

assuring a permanent bond.

When installed the rail appears to be a typical flexible rubrail. What makes Uniflex® unique is that the base is formed from

rigid or semi-rigid plastic, providing an extra degree of stiffness. This allows the rail to install straighter on the gunwale while still

retaining the flexibility needed to turn corners. This system is dramatically more efficient in bearing the load of fasteners, thus

eliminating the bulges often associated with flexible rubrails.

Flexible Rubrails with Stiffener and Inserts provide outstanding bumper protection for runabouts, bass boats, open console fishing boats and small commercial fishing boats.

The inclusion of a rigid PVC stiffener aids in the elimination of waviness and provides a more secure attachment to the hull/deck joint. To save you labor during installation,

fastener holes are pre-punched at no extra charge. These rubrails can accommodate our vinyl insert or rope to suit your needs.
