Internet search engines provide any informationrequired without delay. Immediately, well as-sorted, free of charge and without the necessi-ty of expensive travelling. Time-consumingreading of brochures in order to compare prod-ucts – not necessary. No matter where on earththe manufacturer is located. Everything is easy,fast and uncomplicated. So why do visitors stillcome to trade fairs?

The answer is often: ”We just want to seewhat is new”. Visitors hope for suggestions in-spiring their own imaginations. They expect so-lutions of problems for which there is no timeleft in the stress of everyday life. Or paradoxi-cally: Solutions for problems that did not evenoccur in the past. We, too, are facing this con-trast now and then when developing our prod-ucts. Will the new product solve the problemsof our customers? Will they be prepared to in-vest for a new idea or is it only “nice to have”at best? We want to get the answers to thesequestions from you – the professionals – on theoccasion of the Texprocess.
