In other national news A new study suggest that alone time is actually good for you and can be beneficial to ones well-being. Alone time is not to be confused with loneliness however, which can lead to depression, heart disease and other health related issues. Research has shown that being alone can help better stimulate ones brain activity. Studies have proven that people come up with the best ideas and strategies alone, as opposed to brainstorming in a group. Also people have found that working alone on project instead of in groups generally leads to higher productivity, because of the higher responsibility placed on the individual. And for those that are frequently alone, that time can also be used to help meet new people. People that travel alone for example are more likely to meet new people than those that travel in groups. Most importantly being alone allows you to do what you want to do. While this may be something that is not for everyone all the time, having the ability to do exactly what you want at certain points can be a great boost for ones morals and outlook on life.
