The motivation to make the first pie in 2010

was to develop a food of paramount quality for

my family, my friends and myself, which can be

eaten unpunished while suffering in indigestion

or diabetes. Since the first family of pies proved

to be very efficient, its consumers had made a

very efficient word-of-mouth advertisement.

Success inspired me to make them available not

only for a strictly limited amount of people, but

for more and more people.

Development followed the rational to promote

health; my basic products serve the improve-

ment of life quality of patients, suffering espe-

cially in food intolerance. These foods contain

such kind of nutriments, which can not be en-

sured by normal nutrition, or only heavily. By

now even those products came on, which fulfil

frequent requirements, so I could turn to more

and more special needs.

During the development of my products I value

naturalness and effect, as the most important.

Every food contains ingredients in that form and amount, as they are available in natural

foods. I do not tolerate any compromise in this, since it has been proven several times, that

in nature nothing happens just by chance.

During a development I always analyse the clinical impacts of the certain ingredients, I make

my decision only after this. I put emphasis that ingredients be present in their natural form.

My developments are strictly based on credible researches, I do not compromise because of

financial or fashion inspired motivations, when the value or the effect of my products is on

stake.

My philosophy

Health is a habit, not an event.

Energy has a transformational force, not only that is important where we get it from, but

also, how and where we use it for.

By improving our skills, our best task will be the next one.

There is a vision, which leads beyond us and none of us can stand in this way.

Wise Pasta Diet Collection Sesame fusilli tastes slightly nutty and

delicious, as good as real Italian pasta! It is a good source of fiber and

contains high protein and minerals (calcium, iron, manganese,

phosphorus).

Wise Pasta Vegan Collection Millet pasta is made of naturally gluten

free ancient grain with additional health benefits. It tastes similar to the

traditional pastas, and has a nice yellow colour thanks to a hint of

turmeric we use (extra nutritional benefit for everyone!); it keeps its

texture perfect even after cooking.

The Wise Pasta Vegan Collection Buckwheat Pasta is very valuable,

taking its carbohydrate, protein, mineral, vitamin and fiber content.

Beside the high amount of potassium, calcium, magnesium it also

contains trace elements like iron, copper and zinc resulting balanced

digestion and helping fat burning process.

It contains rutin which is a kind of flavonoid that strengthens the

capillars and veins, prevents accumulating water in tissue. Research

shows that rutin multiplies the anti-oxidant effect of vitamin C and E,

retards aging, reduces inflammation, protects heart and has cytostatic

effect. As its fiber content is extremely high - 25g/100g—by drinking
