Originally from Orlando, Florida, Kimberly relocated to South Florida in 1998 to continue her career as a professional dancer. Throughout her life as a performer she learned the importance of a strong mind and body. Incorporating fitness into her daily training routine, she developed a love and understanding for health and wellness as a lifestyle. After surviving a serious motorcycle accident in 2013 that left her with a badly broken leg, she realized how strong the human spirit can be and how, with dedication, the human body can rebuild, repair and become stronger and better.
Now more determined than ever, her goal in life is to help others realize and achieve their own person-al goals, whether it is to get healthy, stay healthy or otherwise enjoy the best quality of life possible. Certified as a NASM Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor by ACE, SCW and AEA, Kimberly encourages her class participants to reach not only their health goals but their emotional goals as well through guided meditation, Yoga Nidra and Reiki healing. Kimberly loves every minute she spends interacting with her group fitness members and colleagues and counts herself fortunate to walk this path in life.
