FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Which Presidential Candidate will be the First to Embrace Harihar’s FCS Model? Boston, MA, August 28, 2015 – While the 2016 Presidential candidates vie for position and detail their plans to “Make America Great Again,” a growing storyline in Boston is expected to soon gain the attention of those who envision leading this country after the next election. Harihar vs. US Bank, et al, Docket No: 15-cv-11880, proceeding in the US District Court (Boston), is a civil complaint which details the ever-so familiar concerns stemming from the Nation’s Foreclosure Crisis, fraudulent foreclosures, and the damaged economy that remains still. While the individual damages are certainly significant, the big picture focuses on the intellectual property belonging to the Plaintiff, Mohan A. Harihar. In particular, one specific project entitled FCS (Foreclosure Crisis Solution) - designed to bring considerable economic growth to the US – and repairing damages suffered from the US Foreclosure/Financial Crisis. Over the past three years, the FCS model has been personally presented to, and/or reviewed by numerous high-ranking government officials including:
1. Executive Offices of the President (EOP) – at the specific request of Vice President Joe Biden, with recommendations to present to the EOP.
2. House Financial Committee, Deputy Chief Counsel (Washington, DC) 3. Senior Economic Advisor to US Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA) – with recommendations to
present to Senator Warren. 4. The Office of Congresswoman Nikki Tsongas (MA). 5. The Attorney General Offices of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
No one has found flaw with the FCS framework. A successfully implemented model would bring economic growth estimated in the trillions of dollars, and without the need of adding new legislation, or one US tax dollar. So – what exactly is this great plan? Scroll down for an overview of the FCS model. Who will be the first to embrace the vision of the FCS Model - Will it be the current administration? Will it be aligned with a rumored Biden-Warren Presidential bid? Or will it be the Billionaire Real-Estate Tycoon, Donald Trump?
