Health MarketHealthy Holiday Appetizers Try this wonderful appetizer for your holiday party. Find the pre-baked phyllo cups in the Hy-Vee freezer, next to the frozen pies. Cranberry-Orange Brie Cups cup sugar cup water1 (12 oz.) bag frozen cranberries1 orange, zested and juiced45 (1-inch each) mini phyllo shells8 oz. Brie, cut into 45 cubesCombine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cranberries; return to boil. Simmer on low 5-10 minutes until cranberries pop and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice. Set aside. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Place 1 piece of Brie in each cup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees 5-10 minutes or until Brie is melted. Remove from oven; top each with 1 to 1 tsp. of cranberry mixture.
