Apply to be a Cardinal Civic Leader

First Year Students: Do not miss the deadline. April 15, to apply to be a Cardinal Civic Leader at http://www.uiw.edu/studentsuccess/communityleaders.html As a Cardinal Civic Leaders, you will have the unique opportunity to be work closely with the faculty and administrators in the Center for Civic Leadership, as well as top community leaders. As part of your training, you will attend a fully paid summer workshop at UIW (which includes housing, food and supplies) as well as an IPad with training and a small stipend. Most importantly, you will learn how to use your talents to become a global community leader. All first year students are encouraged to apply, but we can only select sixteen leaders for the cohort, so be sure and complete your application today. You will also need one letter of recommendation from a UIW faculty member so you will want to ask for your recommendation as soon as possible. For more information, contact First Year Engagement, the Dean of Student Success or visit the website at http://www.uiw.edu/studentsuccess/communityleaders.html
