Learn how the many diverse cultures present at our University honor their deceased with the upcoming event "A Walk with our Ancestors." The event was developed by the Program Development graduate course taught by Dr. Sharon Herbers. The seventeen students came together to highlight the the different cultures on campus and explore the world around us by reflecting on this ritual tradition. Development of the event began with the traditional celebration Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead. Exhibit will showcase various cultures and the sacred rituals used to honor the dead.

Please join us in this new UIW celebration!
