During the South-South Cooperation High Level Meeting on Country-Led Knowledge Hubs on 10-12 July 2012 in Bali, The Vice President of Indonesia declared that Indonesia stands ready to develop a community of practice as a starting point toward building a knowledge hubs in three sectors as follow:

○ Development: poverty alleviation, disaster management and climate change, dan human development

○ Good Governance and Peace Building: Democracy, Law Enforcement and Peace Keeping

○ Economic: Macro economic management, public finance dan micro finance
