Quick Start Guide 1 rev. 04.17.2017 RouteOne / Groupe PPP System Integration Importing Deals from Groupe PPP System to RouteOne Before importing deals from Groupe PPP System to RouteOne, the solution must be first installed in the F&I software. If you have not done so yet, please follow these instructions to do so: Two access codes are required in the F&I system, which are CO-RONE and TRS-RONE. This is done by accessing the ‘Settings’ menu, then ‘Access Codes.’ In the newly opened form, you can add the two access codes using the ‘Add’ and ‘Save’ buttons and typing the codes in the text area. You must contact Groupe PPP Support to get the required permissions to add these codes. Within the ‘Settings’ menu, select ‘Dealers’ to add your RouteOne ID to the F&I in the ‘Other Information’ tab. To import customer deal information from your Groupe PPP system to RouteOne, start by creating your deal within the Groupe PPP system. Select the ‘Deal’ tab or the ‘Worksheet’ tab and click the ‘Options’ menu, then the ‘Credit Application’ option, and then click the ‘Send Credit Application’ from the dropdown.

RouteOne / Groupe PPP System Integration

Importing Deals from Groupe PPP System to RouteOne Before importing deals from Groupe PPP System to RouteOne, the solution must be first installed in the F&I software. A new window will open with the applicant’s information. All information displayed in this page can be modified if required.

o In order to use the Credit Application system, a security package must be installed on every client computer before its first use. It can be installed using the ‘Options’ menu, then ‘Install Security’. A message will be prompted confirming the successful installation.

On the left pane, click the ‘Send’ button.

A new window will open, and the credit application will be sent to RouteOne. o If there are errors in the data that was sent to RouteOne, an error message will be displayed in the log

window detailing the error encountered in the sent data. o If it is successful, you can now close the log window and the Online Credit Application window and go

back to your deal.

When the operation is completed, access the RouteOne system and form the Deal Manager Screen, click the ‘Update Deals’ button located in the upper right-hand side of the screen. The page will refresh and the imported application will display as one of the first records in the Deal Manager (denoted with the DMS icon next to the primary applicant’s name, which means that it comes from your Groupe PPP F&I system).

Locating Imported Deals in the RouteOne Customer Manager Within the Customer Manager page, you will be able to locate the imported deals at the top of the page. The

Customer Manager page is accessible by selecting the ‘Customer Manager’ option from the ‘Deals’ tab. Click the

‘Update’ button located in the upper left-hand side of the screen to refresh and import new applications.

Click on the name of the applicant to view the individual application.

Submitting Imported Deals to a Finance Source To submit an imported deal to a finance source, simply click on the primary applicant's name in the Customer Manager and you will be taken through the RouteOne application submission process used for all applications. Data entered in your system will populate the RouteOne credit application; however, you must still complete all required fields highlighted in yellow and choose at least one Finance Source before submitting the application.

Exporting Deals from RouteOne to Group PPP The RouteOne Group PPP integration also allows you to export an application and finance source decision from RouteOne to your DMS. All deals that have been imported to the RouteOne system will update the same deal number in the DMS upon exporting the deal from RouteOne.

From the RouteOne ‘Customer Manager’ page, click on the approved finance sources status for the application you wish to export.

The Deal Summary will open. Click the ‘Export to DSP’ button:

Another page will open asking you to make a selection. Once a selection has been made, click the ‘Export’ button. o Export Application: Selecting this option will allow you to export data entered in the RouteOne application

(excluding any credit decision) to the DMS. If you selected Export Application Only, continue the export process by clicking the ‘Export’ button.

o Export Application and Finance Source Decision: Selecting this option will export data entered in the RouteOne application and select credit decision information to your DMS.

If you selected Export Application & Finance Source Information, continue the export process by clicking the radio button next to the decision you wish to export, and then click the ‘Export’ button. Your exported deal is now available in your DMS.

Consulting and Importing Credit Decision to Groupe PPP Systems Once the credit decision has been exported in the RouteOne system to Groupe PPP Systems, it can be consulted

and imported in the F&I software.

Within the ‘Options’ menu, select the ‘Credit Application’ option, and then the ‘Consult Credit Decision in the Deal window’ option.

From the newly opened window, you can consult a list of all new credit decision received with some general information about those allowing you to identify each of them.

You can double click on any item to view the credit decision details.

The credit application will then be created on the RouteOne system.

Credit application originated from the Groupe PPP F&I software.

In the credit application detail window, you can view the credit application that was sent on the left pane and the credit decision received on the right pane.

In order to import the credit decision information to the F&I, the deal must be selected in the ‘Deals Management’ window. Within the ‘Options’ menu, select the ‘Credit Application and Consult Deal History’ option. You will receive a window that contains the current deal history. Double click on a history item to view the details.

This window is also used to import most of the credit application data to the corresponding deal or to a new deal when it has been created in the RouteOne system. By default, the modified and new items are selected for import in this screen. You cannot import new vehicles and most of the information contained in the worksheet. They must be entered manually in the F&I if the change during the process.

Automatically Populating the RouteOne Reporting Suite with Groupe PPP F&I Data As an integrated dealer, you have access to an automated, powerful Dealer Reporting Suite. This enables you to more efficiently and effectively manage your business. Groupe PPP will send a nightly batch file to the RouteOne system detailing ALL of your dealership’s finalized deals. The next day, when you login to RouteOne, you can run reports (F&I Log, F&I Performance, Time Sales Analysis) including all your F&I activities and transaction details for the extracted records, regardless of whether the deal originated in your Groupe PPP or RouteOne system.
