Kathy Johnson Kathy Johnson is the administrator/CEO at Johnson Memorial Health Services (JMHS) located in Dawson, MN. She has more than 35 years of experience in the health care field ranging from nursing assistant to administrator. Under Kathy’s leadership JMHS has been recognized at both the state and national level for service excellence and quality. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia College St. Paul and holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Central Lakes College. She also holds certification as a Health Care Executive through the University of Minnesota ISP program.

Stephen J. Pribyl

Stephen J. Pribyl is currently serving as the chief executive officer, District One Hospital, Faribault, Minnesota. He has more than 30 years of experience in health care serving in a variety of administrative roles and senior leadership positions with the United States Air Force, Mayo Clinic Health System, and Ministry Healthcare in Wisconsin. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), served as President of the Minnesota chapter of ACHE and is currently serving as Regent representing the Minnesota college affiliates at the national level.

Tim Rice Tim Rice is president/CEO of Lakewood Health System, a rural private non-profit integrated health care system located in Staples, MN. Lakewood integrated with the physicians in 1997 and is comprised of a critical access hospital, five area clinics and a full spectrum of senior services. Tim has been president/CEO of Lakewood since 1980 and has more than 40 years of health care administration experience. Tim feels fortunate to have board members who are so committed to education and doing what is right for patients.
