This is the theme for the 2017 Florida Regional Eckankar Seminar, June 30, July 1-2, at the Orlando Marrio Lake Mary, 1501 International Parkway, Lake Mary, Florida, 32746. The seminar is open to the public with complimentary admiance for those new to Eckankar. In his book What Is Spiritual Freedom?, Harold Klemp, spiritual leader of Eckankar, states “Spiritual freedom is growing into a state of more godliness. Becoming more aware of the presence of God. How do you do this? By becoming aware of the lessons behind your everyday experiences. This is how you grow into a loving awareness of the presence of God.” Klemp continues, “When you get a lile more spiritual freedom, love comes into your heart and replaces fear with wisdom. This is the golden heart. You start making decisions based on a greater degree of wisdom instead of fear.” Featured guest speakers Bob and Jackie Allen will share stories and insights on Soul’s eternal journey of many lives to ﬁnd true spiritual freedom. The Allens, both members of the Eckankar clergy, serve as ECK leaders in their home state of Kentucky. They are also speakers at international conferences on the topics of past lives, dreams, Soul Travel, and more. Bob works as a CFO for a direct-mail advertising company, and Jackie is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice and a part-time doctoral student. They share a love of family, pets, dreams, and listening to the spiritual experiences of others. The Allens will speak on Friday and Saturday nights, and on Sunday morning. The program will include additional speakers, workshops, creative arts, and roundtable discussions on a variety of spiritual topics including karma, spiritual masters, inner guidance, and creative techniques for reaching higher states of consciousness. A wide selection of books will be available for purchase.
