Rostering EmpLive’s con� gurable rostering tool helps you to easily build rosters based on the requirements of your business. Dynamic rosters populate from a powerful rules engine, which checks employee skills, availability, leave and other speci� ed rules to ensure compliant rosters and tightly align sta� ng levels with business demand.

Roster Costing Roster costs are broken down by date range, day, shift and employee. All dollar amounts displayed have been calculated via the award interpreter.

Roster codes signify employee status on shifts, e.g. employee on leave, sick, or their response to shifts ooered to them via SMS or Employee Self-Service. View shift status at a glance— green/red colours clearly indicate shifts that are � lled and un� lled. Employees can be added to rosters dynamically (Auto� ll by the rules engine), or from a list populated by the search tool or typed in directly via the user-friendly auto-complete feature.

Time & Attendance EmpLive Time & Attendance enables you to e� ciently manage your workforce in real time. Our automated award interpretation engine handles even the most complex awards—reducing administrative e� ort, streamlining compliance, and providing a complete view of work-hour and pay data across your organisation.

The solution is highly con� gurable, and you can select to have employees enter time directly online or through the use of our integrated data collection terminals (also called time clocks). EmpLive terminals also capture and record employees attendance status’ and any exceptions to rostered times, ensuring that managers are quickly informed of any issues. Timesheet approvals are all handled in the system, with automatic enforcement of rules and alerts, expediting the process and reducing the risk of costly errors. Managers and payroll sta� gain a clear view of timesheet status, as well as any exceptions and comments requiring their attention.
