Weather resistant and robustThese cables are designed for connection between welding apparatus and electrode as well as for rigid connections in the industry. They can be used indoors and outdoors as well as for installations in demanding environments and under exceptional temperatures.

Welding cables are complex and extremely resistant to light, chemicals and mechanical influences. They are available in two versions - standard or highly flexible and with either single or double insulation.

WELDING CABLE ARCOFLEX H01N2-D 100 VApplicationSuitable for use with hand-held electrodes at 100V and for connection to the secondary side of welding transformers where the cables are subject to high mechanical stresses. Also suitable for low voltage power supply (e.g. battery banks). Can be used for flexible installation under extreme temperatures, in dry, humid or moist environme-nts indoors as well as outdoors.

Material property> Flame retardant acc. to IEC 60332-1-2 > Oil resistant acc. to IEC 60811-2-1

Temperature > Max. conductor temperature: +85 °C

> Max. short circuit temperature: +250°C

> Lowest temp. flexible installation: -25°C

Design> Standard: HD 22.6, EN 50525-2-81 > Specification: DIN VDE 0298-300 > Approval: VDE, <HAR>

ARCOFLEX ATON 100 VApplicationSuitable for use with hand-held electrodes at 100V and for connection to the secondary side of welding transformers where the cables are subject to high mechanical stresses. Also suitable for low voltage power supply (e.g. battery banks). Can be used for flexible installation under extreme temperatures, in dry, humid or moist environments indoors as well as outdoors. ATON version was specially developed to operate under very low temperatures.

AUTO-FLEX 360° 600 VApplication AUTO-FLEX™ 360 cable is specially designed for installation in welding robots with 360° articulation. It utilize a unique copper conductor stranding and a slim, reduced diameter to exceed even the most extreme bend radius in a transgun welding dress-out.

AUTO-FLEX 360 installs easily and offers a cost-saving alternative to traditional transgun welding cables
