○Under Article IV Section II Subsection A:○ "Election of officers shall be held annually at the earliest
in February and at the latest by April. All executive Board positions are open to members of PMA who have achieved at least one semester of active status prior to the semester of their nomination."
○ Pros vs Cons, Questions, Next General Meeting we vote● The verdict of next meeting's decision will take place
immediately following the voting process on the tentative date of October 5, 2011
Points for Active Status
● 3000 Points to 3500 Points● Gift to Graduating Seniors
○Must be paid member○Must have turned in membership forms○Must achieve Active Status for 2 semesters with
one of them being the semester that you intend to graduate in
○We must have record of past Active Status for it to count as one of the 2 semesters
Ground Rules for Events
● Applies to all members especially those who will be providing rides�
● Sign-ups: Last chance to sign up for event 2-3 days prior to day of scheduled event
● Cancellations: Notification must be given to officer 24hrs prior to time of scheduled event, failure to do so -100 points
● Members must turn in membership applications before attending PMA related event

Increase in Membership Dues
Membership dues went from $20 to $25 because...○PMA polo and name tag cost $16 combined.
Remainder of those funds goes to:
● Food and miscellaneous items for monthly meetings.● Printing of forms and vital signs.● Room rental.● PMA funded outings and events.● Graduation gift for our active members.
The increase will allow us to provide you members with more activities and med-ed events.
PMA Car Wash● On October 15 from 9AM to 4PM at the 76 gas station on
South King St.● There will be 2 shifts:
○ 9AM-1PM○ 12PM-4PM
● Awarded 200 points/hour attended ● Pre-Sale Tickets:● Each ticket is worth $10.
○ 25 points for all tickets sold. ○ A 50 point bonus will rewarded for every 4 tickets sold. ○ A maximum of 400 points will be rewarded for
selling a total of 12 tickets.● Tickets and money will be collected during the October
meeting.○ 25 points will be deducted for all outstanding tickets
not returned.
Krispy Kreme Fundraiser● Pre-sale tickets will be available during the October meeting.● Each ticket is worth $10.
Points:■ Each ticket will be worth 25 points.■ For every 4 tickets sold, an additional 50 points will be
awarded. ■ Maximum of 400 points can be earned for a total of
12 boxes sold.● Tickets and money will be due during November meeting.
○ 25 points will be deducted for all outstanding tickets not returned.
● Pick up date will be on Tuesday Nov. 15 ● Interested in selling? Sign up and indicate the number of
boxes you are willing to sell today.

The PMA Point System
● General/Committee Member Meeting = 100 pts● Per Hour at Event (Service/Social) = 100 pts● Shirt at Event = 50 pts● Name Tag at Event = 50 pts
● Manage Event = 100 pts (for those under Community Service Committee)
● Per Fundraising Ticket Sold = 25 pts (50 pts for every 4)● Per Item for Drive = 25 pts (small item), 50 pts (large item)● Per Hour at Car Wash = 200 pts
● Per Event FAILED to Attend = -100 pts :(
