ACT will add the TAA PIN, which generates the materials shipment for examinees testing with ACT-approved accommodations, to the student record within PearsonAccessnext.

• Materials shipments will arrive: Week of February 27

How do I know when my shipment is coming? 1. You selected a shipping date on

the manage participation screen in PearsonAccessnext

2. If you did not complete the manage participation screen, your shipment will default to the week of February 27.

• Within 24 hours of receipt, the STC must open and verify the test materials

• Lock cartons in a secure place only those authorized can access

• Use the Manual Supplement for District Shipping for counts
