• Do not allow access to unauthorized personnel

If a safe or vault is unavailable, a locked file cabinet or closet in a locked room can be used if:

Only the TC and Back-up TC have access

The cabinet/closet has a built-in or heavy-duty lock whose keys are not part of a master set

The location isn’t accessible through a window or a dropped ceiling
