Differentiation:
Cutover is the only solution for orchestrating deployments and upgrade migrations with the audit trail/governance required in FS, there are
many DevOps tools for orchestrating agile development but none enable both human and machine orchestration. Cutover is also used for
technology resilience testing events. For both use cases the primary competitor is Excel, conference calls, emails and IM, these are the
typical tools used to plan, rehearse and execute critical events. Cutover is different we are the only platform focused on both the human and
machine activities critical for successful technology release and resilience events.
High Level Progress with Clients
In operation in 6 global financial services institutions including banks such Barclays and global stock exchange groups. Cutover has over
100,000 users across 31 countries and have helped clients with over 10,000 implementation runbooks with over 400,000 tasks. Over this
year we have helped clients split their institutions, re-platform their businesses, pass stress tests with the Fed and take 90% of the prep time

About PymetricsFounded by Harvard/MIT-trained PhDs, pymetrics uses neuroscience data and AI to help global clients like Unilever, Accenture and LinkedIn make their hiring and internal mobility more predictive and fair. pymetrics replaces the resume as a first-pass filter by assessing candidates based on their true potential -- their inherent cognitive and emotional make-up. Using algorithms that are focused on extracting commonalities among high-performing employees at a company, pymetrics builds a trait profile of a company's top performers to select best-fit talent. These algorithms are then audited to remove any gender or ethnic bias. pymetrics also serves as a common application for candidates, ensuring that everyone finds their best-fit job, regardless of where they apply. With offices in NYC, London, Singapore, and Sydney, pymetrics is powering the future of hiring: efficient, predictive, and bias-free.
