• Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment.

Cancellation policyCancellation and changes to appointments are accepted 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services to your credit card. No-show guests will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services to your credit card.

Spa Considerations• We try to ensure that all our guests benefit from the tranquil surroundings. Smoking or use of mobile phones is not permitted in the spa.

• Please note that the spa is unsuitable for young children and babies. Guests under the age of 13 are not allowed in spa unless they are receiving service.

• For men, please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that best results are achieved.

• A box for valuables is provided in the treatment rooms but we recommend that nojewellery be worn at the spa. The management and staff accept no responsibilityfor the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart condition, allergy, pregnancy or other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please notify the spa concierge of any existing medical conditions. Some services may be contraindicated.
