Businesses Invited to Participate Each business participating is asked to provide 100 pieces of literature or business cards. To participate in this cost effective advertising we ask each business to provide (1) One $25 value item that we will raffle at our New Resident Open House OR coupons with a money saving offer or a promotional item for each tote.
Welcome Bags are hand delivered to new residents by fellow neighbors serving on the Communication Committee of the OOCIA HOA. Each tote consists of advertisers promotional items and brochure/coupons. Suggested promotional items: Logo items such as pens, cups, notepads, magnets, keychains, calendars, tape measure, tote bags, etc.
Your business flier/card will inform residents of services in our area and bring you new clients. This is an ideal, cost-effective advertising method for handymen, electricians, plumbers, dentists, doctors, restaurants, dry cleaners, nail salons, and other client friendly businesses.
What you receive Notice in our OOCIA Community Newsletter as a contributor to our Welcome Bag. Mentioned at our HOA Meeting as a contributor to all residents. Receive announcement on our Community Facebook page and have your promotion mentioned on our Nextdoor forum.

REACH OUR RESIDENTS FRONT DOOR The Olde Oaks Community Newsletter is published monthly for the residents of Olde Oaks. The Olde Oaks and Waterford Park Newsletter is distributed to a little over 1500 homes every month.
If you are interested in purchasing ad space, please call Champions Printing & Publishing, Inc. at 281-583-7661 by the 10th of each month. Please let Champions know that the residents of Olde Oaks and Waterford park referred you.
