Nails were painted, tattoos were in place, faces were painted pink and beautiful pink earrings were on display everywhere. Thanks to everyone who supported this very worthy cause as all money raised, over $750 was the final count, will go straight to the foundation. Best dressed winners were in Infants Millie McNair and Charlie Webb, in Primary Eva Barlow and David Hamilton and staff members Miss Ferguson and Mr Shipp. A big thank you to Mrs Acton, the SRC and Year 6 members who manned the stalls before school, at recess and again at lunch. Year 7 Transition Year 6 who students who identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait origin have finally commenced their transition to Year 7 for 2021. The Dubbo Opportunity Hub visited the school last Thursday and worked with these students preparing them for what lies ahead in high school. Thanks to Mrs Wallace for organising this visit and Im sure the students are all looking forward to their site visit to high school on the 1 st of December. Classroom Liberal Dont forget to check out the Classroom Liberal section in the Daily Liberal every Tuesday as the school constantly supplies photos and a short blurb to add to this publication each week. Its an excellent way to keep in touch with whats happening at school and you never know who you are going to see in there! They outline all the student achievements throughout what has been a very trying and challenging semester of school. When you receive this document please take the time to read it, discuss it with your child/ren and contact your childs classroom teacher by phone if you have any questions or require any clarification. School Uniform Even though it is coming towards the end of the year please continue to support the school by sending your child/ren to school in full school uniform. I understand this can be a bit tricky if a student in Year 6 has lost or outgrown a piece of uniform and you dont want to replace it for 2 – 3 weeks, but if this occurs please contact the office and Im sure we can figure something out.     Message from the Principal

    Pink Day What a great day was had by all last Thursday as we supported the McGrath Foundation by holding our Pink Day.     Responsible Safe Respectful

    Years 3 & 4 Excursion

    To Wambangalang

    On Monday & Tuesday last week, Years 3 & 4 visited Wambangalang. They tested their skills on the low ropes, tried some

    archery, did some orienteering & learned about some native animals. The weather on the first day was a bit rainy and cold but the

    sun came out for a great day on Tuesday. The students had a couple of great days.
