In the bleak midwinter

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan,

earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone.

Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow.

In the bleak midwinter, long ago. What can I give him, poor as I am? If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb; if I were a Wise Man, I would do my part; yet what can I give him: give my heart.

O Come All Ye Faithful

O come all ye faithful joyful and triumphant. Oh come ye, o come ye to Bethlehem. Come and behold him, born the King of angels.

O come let us adore him. O come let us adore him. O come let us adore him. Christ the Lord.

God of God, light of light. Lo he abhors not the virgin's womb; Very God begotten not created:

Sing choirs of angels sing in exultation. Sing all ye citizens of heaven above; Glory to God in the highest!

Yea, Lord, we greet thee, born this happy morning; Jesus, to thee be glory givn; Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing:

Once in royal David's city

Once in royal David's city, stood a lowly cattle shed.Where a mother laid her babyin a manger for His bed.Mary was that mother mild,Jesus Christ her little child.

He came down to earth from heaven, who is God and Lord of all.And His shelter was a stableand His cradle was a stall. With the poor and meek and lowly, lived on earth our Saviour holy.

And our eyes at last shall see Him,through His own redeeming love. For that child so dear and gentle,is our Lord in heaven above. And He leads His children on,to the place where He is gone.

O little town of Bethlehem

1. O little town of Bethlehem, how still we see thee lie!Above thy deep and dreamless sleep, the silent stars go by.Yet in thy dark streets shineth, the everlasting Light. The hopes and fears of all the years are met in thee to-night.

2. O morning stars, together proclaim the holy birth! And praises sing to God the King, and peace to men on earth. For Christ is born of Mary and gathered all above. While mortals sleep, the angels keep their watch of wondering love.

3. How silently, how silently, the wondrous gift is givnSo God imparts to human hearts the blessings of His Heavn. No ear may hear His coming, but in this world of sin, wheremeek souls will receive Him still, the dear Christ enters in.

Marys Boy Child

Long time ago in BethlehemSo the Holy Bible sayMary's boy child, Jesus ChristWas born on Christmas Day.

Hark now hear the angels singA king was born todayAnd man will live for evermoreBecause of Christmas Day.

While shepherds watched their flock bynight,They saw a bright new shining starthey hear a choir sing songThe music seemed to come from afar.

Hark, now hear the angels sing,A king was born today,And man will live for evermore,Because of Christmas Day.

Joseph and his wife, Mary,Came to Bethlehem that night,They found no place to bear her child,Not a single room was in sight.

Hark now hear the angels sing,A king was born today,And man will live for evermoreBecause of Christmas Day

By and by they find a little nookIn a stable all forlorn,And in a manger cold and dark,Mary's little boy was born.

Hark, now hear the angels sing,A king was born today,And man will live for evermore,Because of Christmas Day.

While shepherds watched their flocks by night

1. While shepherds watched their flocks by night, all seated on the ground, the angel of the Lord came down, and glory shone around.

2. "Fear not," said he for mighty dread had seized their troubled mind. "Glad tidings of great joy I bring to you and all mankind.

3. "To you, in David's town, this day is born of David's line a Savior, who is Christ the Lord; and this shall be the sign:

4. "The heavenly Babe you there shall find to human view displayed, all meanly wrapped in swathing bandsand in a manger laid."

5. "All glory be to God on high, and to the earth be peace, goodwill henceforth from heaven to men, begin and never cease.

The First Nowell

The first Nowell the angel did saywas to certain poor shepherds in fields as they lay;in fields as they, lay keeping their sheep,on a cold winter's night that was so deep.

Refrain:Nowell, Nowell, Nowell, Nowell, born is the King of Israel.

They looked up and saw a starshining in the east beyond them far,and to the earth it gave great light, and so it continued both day and night.

Refrain

And by the light of that same starthree wise men came from country afar;to seek for a king was their intent, and to follow the star wherever it went.

Refrain

We Three Kings

We three kings of Orient are, Bearing gifts we traverse afar, field and fountain, moor and mountain, following yonder star.

O star of wonder, star of night, star with royal beauty bright, westward leading, still proceeding, guide us to thy perfect Light.

Glorious now behold Him arise, King and God and Sacrifice, alleluia, alleluia, earth to heavn replies.

O star of wonder, star of night, star with royal beauty bright, westward leading, still proceeding, guide us to thy perfect Light.

Away in a manger

Away in a manger,no crib for a bed,the little Lord Jesuslaid down His sweet head.

The stars in the bright skylooked down where He lay.The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.

The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes, but little Lord Jesusno crying He makes.

I love Thee, Lord Jesus, look down from the skyand stay by my side, until morning is nigh.

Be near me, Lord Jesus,I ask Thee to stay, close by me foreverand love me I pray.

Bless all the dear childrenin Thy tender care, and fit us for heavento live with Thee there.

Jingle Bells

Chorus

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.

Oh what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh, hey.

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.

Oh what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh.

Dashing through the snow, in a one-horse open sleigh,

o'er the fields we go, laughing all the way.

Bells on bobtails ring, making spirits bright.

What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight, oh.
