Wargame European Escalation Language Change Instructions:
1. After the activation, open install.dat file (in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wargame european escalation folder) with text editor and change 163264 to 199285.
2. Then change the language in the game as shown below:
