GENERAL PURPORT OR EFFECT OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED STATUTORY RULES

(1) Justices Amendment Rules 2014

These rules of court amend the Justices Rules 2003 by –

(a) extending the definition of victim; and(b) prescribing victim impact statements provided under the Youth Justice Act 1997 as victim impact state-

ments that may be provided to the Court under Part 9A of the Rules.
