What started with a simple thought experiment has fueled and poweredus to build our first product and a company around it. VIVRT Motors is theembodiment of the path of discovery and craving for adventure within allof us. We sincerely believe that the path we have taken aids thoseadventurers and wanderers seeking to go beyond the conventionalmeans to explore the world around them.

In a nation filled with youth looking for their need for speed and thrill, thereare not many options available to them in the recreational and off-roadmotor sporting space. Instead of creating a competing product, we atVIVRT are working towards developing innovative and novel automotivesolutions to fuel our customers need for speed, thrill, and serenity. Productsnot just for those inducted into speed but even those who wish to explorea new dimension of automotive excellence.

In the ancient language of Sanskrit “VIVRT” (Viv-Rt) means “Discovery”,and at VIVRT Motors, creating a sense of discovery is the fundamentalobjective of our products.

Fundamental Objective is to enable our customers to discover the joy andadventure, of exploring their surrounding in a novel, thrilling and safemanner, with our innovative product line of automotive solutions forrecreation and motor sports. The products at VIVRT motors are innovative,quirky and made for speed; thrilling and engrossing the riders into a brand-new experience, an experience of rediscovery of the self and a cravingfor more.

Skatocross

India’s First Motorized SKATEBIKE

This concept emerged from the thought of having the flexibility of Skateboardand speed of Motorcycle in one unique product ,thus SKATOCROSS was invented.

SKATOCROSS will be designed to be a new kind of integrated vehicle. Idea isto establish new kind of sport, recreation. Weighing around 32 kgs capable ofreaching speed up to 60 km/hr. Hydraulic braking system and throttling will becontrolled via wireless means connected to the vehicle. For steering, users must relyon their own skill and the ability to lean for maneuvering.

The new revised design under the development process has a regenerativebraking system, a system which is capable of increasing the range of the vehicle byinducing electric power back into the batteries while breaking. The pros of bothSkateboard and Motorcycle were considered and combined them to make onesingle product, that being the aim from the beginning of this approach.

First mule Prototype

The concept thus far has achieved a sense of practicability but it was far froma finished product. At this stage it was decided to get free of 2 wheels of aSkateboard. Propulsion systems placed at the center and make the concept workwith the remaining 2 wheels of the Skateboard by understanding how the steeringmechanism would work. Thus, making the concept more innovative and robust.

Weighing 45-50 kgs and featuring a 70cc 2 stroke Internal combustion enginecapable of producing nearly 5.00 N-m (0.5 kgf-m or 3.7 ft.lbs) of torque at 3750 RPMand reaching a top speed of 50 km/h (with tweaks). Hydraulic braking system whichis controlled via a hand-held control cable which is connected to the SKATEBIKE,same as the throttle controlling the Engine. One of its main advantages would be itsweight. Being a lot lighter, they are easier to zip around and consume less fuel.

Originally the SKATOCROSS was planned to be built with a 3.5 HP Enginewhich is known as the driver, the motion will be transferred to the rear wheel bymeans of some positive drive. The engine will be positioned in the center of thevehicle so that lower CG is established where it becomes easier to balance thewhole system. After this idea was realized the need for much lighter and greenervehicle was understood thus leading to next stage of evolution.

Our concept SKATOCROSS is capable of reaching speeds up to 60kmph(Performance Model) and it can be used in any grade of terrain. The learning curvewill be drastically reduced so that it suits for all the age group.

The key features in the product after fabrication Electric motor – A powerful electric motor to make it more fun to drive and has

no emission. Reduces the operation cost by a great number. Smart Wearable – Hand held band that is connected to the vehicle wireless

helping in accelerating and decelerating. Android Interface – A connected device and IoT being the next thing, the

product has to be up to date with the available technologies with apersonality

COMBINING THE BEST OF EACH.

Skateboard: Being a skilled based and a responsive device, it wouldn’t workwithout a push feed by the operator, we wanted that responsiveness for ourconcept.

Motorcycle: Having a good propulsion system and suspension system, wewanted both into our concept. This makes our concept self-propelled and a goodoff - roader from the suspension systems.Ideas

Ratheesh is a true automobile enthusiast and an avid rider, who from an earlyage has been attuned to mechanics and vehicle dynamics defining high performanceautomotive. His passion towards modifying and improving the vehicles around him, allthese years, along with his desire to build something outstanding, able to withstand thetest of time, has been formed into VIVRT Motors.

His out-of-the-box creative thinking along with his keen sense of perfection makehis operations as fine-tuned as an engine on a racetrack, unwavering and unstoppable.His ability to perceive unique methodologies to get the job done have been the keyenabling factor in building VIVRT Motors into the force it is.
