GENERAL RULES:

1.The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules.

2.The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the Players and Officials of both the Teams.

3.The Organisers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents during the competition.

4.All the Players /Participants and the Teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the Organising Committee.

5.A School can send as many Teams/Participants for the competition, unless mentioned otherwise.

6.The Participants/Teams should report to the competition venue minimum 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the event.

7. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

8. Any kind of weapon/s, sharp and objectionable objects and paraphernalia will be confiscated on the spot.

9. Unruly behaviour, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and possession and use of abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate disqualification of the entire contingent of the particular school the offending students are from.

10. All the Winners will receive awards in the form of certificates and trophies.

Rules of the Tournament:

1. The Tournament will be played on knockout basis.

2. 16 Teams will participate under each age category section. Entries will be on ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

3. Teams should report at least 30 minutes before their match schedule.

4. The Team will consist of 6+4=10 Players for each age group. 5. The game time per match will be 10 minutes each half with 2 minutes break between the

two halves and quarter finals. Semifinals and the finals will be played for 15 minutes each half with 5 minutes break between the two halves.

6. The FIFA rules for the game will be followed as adapted by the Local Association.

7. All the Players from the Team should be in proper playing kit along with the shoes and stockings.

8. All the Players are required to carry their original school ID Cards with them during the Tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.

9. Any Team found with an over aged player or any manipulation in the documents will be disqualified without any kind of prior intimation.

10. 11th VIBGYOR Viva Inter-School Skating Competition 2019 Venue : VIBGYOR Roots and Rise - Fursungi Age Group : Boys and Girls 4 Years (Born on or After 1-1-2015) Boys and Girls 6 Years (Born on or After 1-1-2013) Boys and Girls 8 Years (Born on or After1-1-2011) Boys and Girls 10 Years (Born on or After 1-1-2009) Date : 8 November 2019 Entry Fee : Rs. 200/- (Per Head) Reporting Time : 7:30 am Last Date of Registration : 5 November 2019 Rules: 1 The Skaters must report 15 minutes before the start of their game. 2 Appropriate safety guards to be worn compulsorily. 3 The rules of the game shall be implemented as adapted by the Local Association. 4 The Skaters and the Officials shall abide by all the rules of the Tournament committee. 5 The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules of the Tournament at any time without any prior notice. 6 The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the Skaters and Officials of both the teams. 7 The Organisers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages, during the competition.
