GENERAL RULES :

1. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules.

2. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of

both the teams.

3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents

during the competition.

4. All the Players/Participants and the Teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the

organizing committee.

5. A School can send as many teams/participants for the competition, unless mentioned

otherwise.

6. The participants/teams should report to the competition venue minimum 30 minutes

before the scheduled time of the event.

7. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

8. Any kind of weapon/s, sharp and objectionable objects and paraphernalia will be

confiscated on the spot.

9. Unruly behaviour, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and

possession and use of abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate

disqualification of the entire contingent of the particular school the offending students

are from.

10. All winners will receive awards in the form of certificates and trophies.

11. The points will be awarded as follows:

Individual Event: 1st Place = 5

2nd Place = 3

3rd Place = 1

Team/Pair Event: 1st Place = 10

2nd Place = 7

12. The Overall Winners and Runners Up will be declared on the last day of Viva.

13. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

15. The protest once decided by Executive Committee will be final and binding and shall

not be disputed by any of the parties concerned in any other forum thereafter.

Computation

1. For Determination of the best swimmer- winner/runner-up in each age category for

Boys / Girls the points allocated will be 7, 5 & 3 points of the top three places

respectively in each individual event.

Best Swimmer – Winner / Runner-up in each category for Boys / Girls will be

determined by sequentially adopting the following criteria:

1. The number of records broken / bettered in individual events.

2. The total number of Gold /Silver /Bronze Medals earned in individual events.

3. If deadlock still persists the honours’ will be shared.

Total No of Players in one team will be 7+3= 10 only.

RULES:

1. The tournament will played on league cum knockout format.

2. Each age category 16 Teams will participate, Entries will be on first come

first served.

3. Teams should report at least 30 min. before their match schedule.

4. The team will consist of 7+3=10 Players for each age group.

5. The game time per match will be 10 minutes each half with 2 minutes break

between the two halves and quarter finals. Semifinals and the finals will be

played for 15 minutes each half with 5 minutes break between the two

halves.

6. All the players from the team should be in proper playing kit along with the

shoes and stockings.

7. All the players are required to carry their original school ID - Cards with them

during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce

their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.

documents will be disqualified without any kind of prior intimation.

RULES:

1. Only 16 Teams will be given entries in each group so we request you to send your entries as soon as possible.

2. Teams should report at least half an hour before their match schedule. 3. The game time for the league matches will be 10 minutes, each half with 2

minutes break between the two halves and quarter finals, semi finals and the finals will be played for 15 minutes each half with 5 minutes break between the two halves.

4. All the players should be in proper playing kit along with proper football studs and stockings.

5. All the players are required to carry their original school ID - Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.

6. Any team found with an over age player or any manipulation in the documents will be disqualified without any kind of prior intimation.

7. Any kind of protest against any other team during the tournament will be accepted only , if the protesting coach or manager submits a written application along with the proof as document and the protest fees of Rs.500/-.

8. The tournament will be played by the rules of School’s 7 -A-Side Football Federation of INDIA.

9. The organizers have the right to postpone or cancel the tournament in case of unavoidable circumstances. All schools are requested to co -operate with the organizers in any such case.

10. Organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages, during the course of the races.

GENERAL RULES


2. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of both the teams.

3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents during the

4. All the Players/Participants and the Teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the organizing

5. A School can send as many teams/participants for the competition, unless mentioned otherwise.

6. The participants/teams should report to the competition venue minimum 30 minutes before the

scheduled time of the event.


8. Any kind of weapon/s, sharp and objectionable objects and paraphernalia will be confiscated on the

spot.

9. Unruly behavior, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and possession and use of

abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate disqualification of the entire

contingent of the particular school the offending students are from.

RULES:

1. Interschool Gymnastics competition will be held in Boys & Girls section in U/8, U/10 &

U/12 age category.

2. Events for Boys & Girls are Floor Exercise and Vaulting table/Vaulting Horse/Spring

Board.

Floor Exercise - There will be five family groups as under.

Family groups

Rolls:- i.e. Forward & Backward roll, Pencil roll, Straddle roll, Pike roll, Dive roll,

Handstand roll, Back roll to Handstand.


Stability & balance :- i.e. One leg scale, T balance, Y balance, Candle stand, Head stand,

Forearm stand, Handstand ( Hold for min.2 seconds)

Flexibility :- i.e. Splits, Bridge, Kneeling arch, Pancake

Acrobatics :- i.e. Walkover, Cartwheel, Round off, Head spring, Neck spring, Handspring,

Flic flac

Jumps & Turns :- i.e. Simple jump, Tuck jump, Straddle jump, Pike jump, Turn jump, Toe

turn

Boy & Girl gymnasts have to perform at least two elements from each family group as

given in the example. They will get 1.00 point for each element, so accordingly 10

element maximum can be performed out of 10.00 points. Execution errors are

deducted as follows 0.10, 0.20 & 0.30 points for small, medium & large error

respectively. For any major fall they will be penalised for 0.50 points. Time for set is 90

seconds; they will get deduction of 1.00 point for more than 3 minutes.

Vaulting Table/ Vaulting Horse/ Spring Board - Participants have to perform 2 jumps

as given in option either on Vaulting table or Vaulting horse or spring board. Each jump

will get 5.00 points, so 2 jumps will get 10.00 points. Execution errors are deducted as

follows 0.10, 0.30 & 0.50 points for small, medium & large error respectively. For any

major fall they will be penalised for 1.00 points.

Vaulting table / Vaulting horse / Spring board:-

Squat stand / Squat vault / Tuck jump - 5.00 points

Stoop stand / Stoop vault / Pike jump - 5.00 points

Straddle stand / Straddle vault / Straddle jump - 5.00 points

Hand spring / tuck/ pike / straight salto - 6.00 points

Each gymnast will be evaluated accordingly and get their ranking.

RULES:

1. The competitions will be held on the basis of contest rules and regulations and the

sporting code.

2. A player can play in one weight category only.

3. Only registered players and officials will be allowed to participate.

4. Above 8 Years up to and including 16 Years (Born year 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007).

5. All the players must fall in the respective age groups in calendar year(January to

December).

6. Weighing at least above 20Kg in Boys and above 18Kg in Girls will be eligible to

compete.

7. Entries by name must be submitted in DUPLICATE in the enclosed form during

accreditation.

8. No change or re-arrangement of players will be allowed after the entries are submitted.

A Player who fails to qualify at any stage will be disqualified and no one else can be

substituted in his/her place.

9. Xerox copy of the age proof of EACH competitor must be attached along with the entry

form.

10. Final Entry by name must be submitted at the nearest VIBGYOR High branch before

30th October 2016.

Weights:

1. A player must fit into his/her weight category and cannot play in a higher or lower

weight category. Each competitor shall be allowed upon the scales only once during the

official weight in. If the player weighs above or below the prescribed limits of that

particular weight category, he/she shall be disqualified.

2. Weigh-in will be conducted on competition date. The player will be allowed to

participate in particular category based on their weight.

3. All matches for Boys & Girls will be of 3 (three) minutes duration.

4. Match will be conducted on knock out cum double repechage with no cross play.

Disqualification

1. In case any player fails to submit the original document mentioned in the above age

proof column, he/she will be disqualified.

2. In case of any player found over-age he/she will be disqualified.

3. In case four(4) or more players found over-age, the whole team will be disqualified, and

face the disciplinary action by the organizing committee.

4. Any player and/or official and/or team who by word, action or deed disrupts and

or/interrupts the smooth and normal conduct of the competitions on or off the mat,

will be liable for immediate disqualification.
