New Neighbors@ Vistas
We are so grateful for so many Vistas owners coming to visit so far this year! We
love having all of you here and look forward to the day all our homes are at Vistas del Lago where we can enjoy our own personal slice of paradise on earth.
Two of our Vistas owners this year, both Ed Lot 31 and Dale Lot 16 experienced excellent care at the local hospitals. They both have rave reviews of the doctors’ care as well.
We are happy to report they are both feeling better and we pray for a full recovery.
It’s a good reminder for us to love and enjoy each day we have together; eat healthy and take care of our bodies. We will be serving up some healthy dishes along with fruit smoothes and juice at the clubhouse when we open.
Along with our gym and spa, we recently added yoga classes. And nothing is better than taking in the surrounding beauty of Vistas while listening to the grand piano.
We hope you all enjoy the updates. Please let us know if you have any comments or would like us to add news or photos from you. We love hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Brad & Bev Click to send us

We are so lucky to have found a private yoga instructor
When he is not playing piano or getting his feet dirty on the farm, our new yoga instructor is busy training us to relax!
relaxation during meditation is like mental hygiene. You wouldn't miss brushing your teeth at least twice a day and you shouldn't miss taking care of your body and mind either.
everyone knows if what happens if you don’t brush your teeth. Bad breath, tooth decay and eventually, gum disease. in your body, relaxation prevents decay and dis-ease too. and that's the facts, Jack.

The Piano is in the clubhouse
After a short, slow move the piano is safe
Moving a piano is never easy. Moving a piano down our lake road and then into the clubhouse was a task that took many hands.
Congrats Joe & Pat Lot 60 on their new grandbaby born april 1st .... Welcome Henry Lee “Hank”!

“bwen-ahs” = “Good Day/Hello”
Casually, you can use “Buenas” to say hello or to greet those you would like to meet.
Por ejemplo (for example), you are passing by your neighbor’s house but don’t have time to stop and talk. You can simply say, “Buenas!” and wave. it doesn’t matter the time of day.
Good food, good friends, good fun

DelenaisEngaged!
sorry fellas, the once and future reina solita de vistas has found her king!
Long-time beau Mike pulled out all the stops to pop the question. secretly enlisting the support of all delena’s kids; he rented a limo, sequestered them inside and invited his future fiancee out to dinner.
What she thought was going to be a regular dinner date at their favorite restaurant turned out to be another dream come true.
as the limo arrived, she wondered what Mike was up to and when the door was opened she knew for sure this wasn’t going to be an average night.
it wasn’t until dessert that she found the writing on the wall, so to speak. “Will you marry me?” in frosting and a bottle of champagne to top it all off.
doesn’t that just take the cake?!

We are so BLessed!
We are so excited to announce that the road is being graded - Finally!
they say that the road to heaven is paved in gold. We beg to differ.
after many, many grueling years, the road to vistas is being improved and rapidly.
Beginning the day after a week-long semana santa holiday, we were blessed with the gift of a large construction crew.
they began at the turn off from the main road into tronadora and plan to continue all the way to the crude bridge over rio Chiquito.
Planning stages commenced!
nigel and Beverley Lot 50 purchased in 2013. this year, nigel returned to begin moving forward with the building progress. We are so happy he was here to share some pizza with us in the new clubhouse (story in the next edition) and spend some time with future community members. Come back soon, nigel and bring back Beverley!
