PERSEUS LOOP VISITOR PARKING Visitors to the UCF campus must purchase a daily or hourly parking permit. Daily or hourly permits may be purchased at the Visitor and Parking Information Center. The options for short-term parking are timed spaces located at the Visitor and Parking Information Center, or the coin meter spaces located throughout the campus. Payment must be made prior to parking. The center accepts cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The permit pay stations accept cash or credit card. No change is given from the permit pay machines. $5 Daily Permit: Available at the Visitor and Parking Information Center. Daily permits are valid in all of the “D” parking lots and unreserved garages. The “D” parking areas are denoted with green signs. Parking & Transportation Services

> Arrive early: The most convenient parking spaces fill first.

> Carpool: It saves gas and improves parking availability on campus. To find commute partners, visit zimride.ucf.edu.

> LYNX buses: They are economical and convenient. Call 407-841-8240 for information.

> Park out/walk in: It may be easier and less time consuming to park in an outer lot and walk in.

> Zipcar: Pay a monthly fee and/or reserve a car for one hour or up to four days. zipcar.com/ucf

> Parking citations: May be issued 24/7. Fines may be paid online.

Citations must be appealed online at parking.ucf.edu.

> Safe Escort Patrol Service: (SEPS) provides escorts Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m.–12:30 a.m. Call 407-823-2424. If SEPS is not available, please call 407-823-5555 and a police officer will assist you.

> Dead battery: Call 407-823-5555 for assistance.

> Visitors: Purchase a daily permit before parking in student lots or pay at parking meters. Daily permits may be obtained at the Visitor and Parking Information Center or daily permit dispensers located in all student parking facilities. Please do not park in 24-hour reserved spaces.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES is responsible for

providing and maintaining all parking facilities and transportation

services on campus. There are 18,527 parking spaces, 10 parking

garages and 36 surface lots of various sizes and configurations. Our

transportation services include a fleet of 40 shuttle buses serving 19

off-campus student residential communities, Central Florida Research

Park and the UCF campus community.

Parking Services also offers other services, including vehicle jumps

and temporary and visitor parking permits. Students, faculty and

staff may purchase parking permits online at parking.ucf.edu.
