In 2002 it was 201. FCMA is active because of your interest and commitment to this association. I applaud you on your wide variety of interests. More importantly, I thank you for wanting to make sure that you and your fellow members are kept up to date. Without the strong volunteer effort, FCMA would not be able to host the large number of activities. We often state that success of FCMA since 1989 is because of involvement of key decision-makers and the willingness to share information within the group. In 2003, you had 210 opportunities to come together and profit from these shared experiences. The challenge for each of us is to determine how to best take advantage of this large number of opportunities. Consider the following: - What workshop topics, activities, or projects will most help my profitability? An example is the formation of the FCMA Lean Consortium. - How can I change public perception of my company? The North Jacksonville Community Advisory Panel (CAP) is an example that dramatically altered public opinion. With over 200 opportunities, we should be able to have impact on an area vital to your interests and your bottom line. We look for 2004 to be even more active. Thank you for all your help, and we look forward to helping you make next year your best year.

210 Ways to Make You Better

We often hear from you about the breadth and depth of FCMA activities. New members especially remark about the variety of opportunities to be exposed to new ideas, to establish and strengthen relationships, and to simply be informed on any number of issues that impact your bottom line.

In 2003, FCMA will have had 210 activities--ranging from committee meetings to general meetings to family nights to community projects. We averaged almost one activity each workday!

Consider the following:

- What workshop topics, activities, or projects will most help my profitability? An example is the formation of the FCMA Lean Consortium.

- How can I change public perception of my company? The North Jacksonville Community Advisory Panel (CAP) is an example that dramatically altered public opinion.

With over 200 opportunities, we should be able to have impact on an area vital to your interests and your bottom line.

We look for 2004 to be even more active. Thank you for all your help, and we look forward to helping you make next year your best year.
