HISTORYVietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX JSC) was initially founded on 27th September 1988 as Overseas Construction and Service Company to manage construction workers and employees working overseas. In 1991, The Ministry of Construction signed a decision to establish Vietnam Construction and Import- Export Corporation with core business areas of construction and manpower export.
VINACONEX was among the first SOEs being equitised for the whole group to take advantage of capital market potentials for its competitiveness and economics of scales. The Corporation went public on the 1st December 2006 by listing its VCG stakes on Hanoi Stock Exchange, which marked a milestone in its history and a new step towards the leading position in Vietnam and in the region.
Over more than 20 years of development, all generations of staffs of VINACONEX have always expressed their united spirit, continuous growth and development to make VINACONEX ever prospering. VINACONEX has so far got more than 40,000 skilled and experienced engineers, experts and labourers in a variety of working fields nationwide and overseas, who have successfully completed thousands of works, off which there are quite a few of national prioritised construction works, contributing to the sustainable development of the country.

DESIGN CONSULTANCYVINACONEX’s design consultancy is highly appreciated of its high quality. With the human-oriented objectives, all planning methods, architectural and designing solutions, environmental solutions and landscape, etc., recommended by VINACONEX aim at best satisfaction to people’s needs in terms of workplace, residence and recreation, etc.
VINACONEX is currently able to undertake investment and construction consultancy, investment project planning, bidding consultation, consultancy in topographical surveying, geology and hydrography, measuring, experiment, designing, verification of investment projects, consultancy in design proposal, technical design and budget estimation, planning and quality audits, etc.

EXPORT- IMPORT AND MANPOWER EXPORTManpower export is attached to the establishment and development of VINACONEX. VINACONEX has so far affirmed its brand name in this field locally and abroad.
VINACONEX has arranged more than 60,000 turns of experts, engineers, technical staffs and workers working in more than 68 sectors to over 20 countries including Korea, Japan, Malaysia, etc., for the last 20 years.
