TERMS AND CONDITIONSFailure to arrive at the airport on time on the day of departure or not to be on time for the various convocations during the trip, for any reason.Unauthorized statements of acts of misinterpretations made by any travel agency of its employees relating to the standards, quality, services and inclusions of the vacation programs purchased VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to modify the itinerary or the carriers, substitute accommodation whenever necessary or cancel the trip completely. In such an event it will not be liable for claims, damages or losses beyond the refund of costs. In the even of cancellation of the trip by VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL the full refund of monies paid will represent the final settlement with the passenger. If a modification in the itinerary results in a saving, a refund would be made. Conversely if the modification should entail additional expenses, such expenses would be borne by the passenger. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour member whose presence may impede the operation of the tour or the rights of enjoyment of the other passengers. Under such circumstances, unused land services only will be refunded. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL, the travel agent and carriers accept no responsibility for loss of tickets, coupons or any travel documents. Written notice of any claims against VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after return from the trip. HOTELS: All hotels are subject to availability. Due to the limited capacity of many of the hotels VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL offers in its land packages, VICTOURS INTERNATION-AL cannot guarantee that every hotel in our packages will be available at the time of your booking. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to select alternate hotels of an equivalent or superior nature to those already described in this brochure’s accommodation guides. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL strongly recommends that all travelers book well in advance of their planned departure date. The hotels in this brochure use VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL’s classification system of 5-4 AND 3 Stars or A-B and C Class. These classifications might not correspond with the official classification of these hotels in their country’s tourism industry. You should be aware that there may be different living standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodations outside of North America. Hotels in the Mediterranean regularly place 2 single beds together to create a double/queen size bed. Many hotels, in turn, do not offer king size beds. Similarly, standards with respect to the provision of, and reliability of, utilities (ie. water and power), and the quality of some services and accommodations may vary and may be less than what would be expected in North American facilities. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience resulting from different living standardsTRANSPORTATION: It is strongly recommended that you contact the home office in Athens upon arrival in order to coordinate the confirmation of all flights and services. It is the respon-sibility of the traveler to reconfirm and arrive at the airport or ferry terminal well in advance of the time of the flight or the ferry. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for any changes in the itinerary if the client misses any flights or ferries and the client will assume any additional transportation or accommodation costs needed to resume their holiday. It is strongly recommended that the client contact the airline 72 hours prior to their return flight home in order to reconfirm the reservation. VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL does not take responsibility for any flight or ferry omissions, substitutions or changes in scheduling by the airlines or ferry companies that may result in cancellations or changes to travel times. On occasion during the tourist season in the Aegean Sea, ferry sailings are cancelled due to high winds and rough seas. These cancellations will cause the alteration of your holiday or include the purchase of additional transportation by air to your next destination. All costs for additional transportation and altered accommodation due to the cancellation of ferry routes due to weather are to be born by the traveler. Due to the fact that ferry schedules are sometimes posted at the end of the month for the following month’s sailings, certain ferry sailings and, subsequently, packages in this brochure might take longer to confirm than expected. As a result, VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL will attempt to provide alternative transportation between islands in the form of air travel or adjust the itinerary to fit the ferry schedule. These adjustments might increase the cost of the package. The client will be informed in advance of any potential increases to the cost of their package and the changes to their travel schedule. Ferry scheduling conflicts arise mostly from April to mid-May and mid-September-October

No representatives of VICTOURS INTERNATIONAL or the suppliers are authorized to modify or cancel any of the above.
