DAY 05 - OLYMPIA - DELPHIIn the morning, visit the archeoloical site of Olympia with the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera, the Altar of the Olympic flame and the Stadium, as well as the Archeological Museum. Then, take the modern bridge on the Gulf of Corinth to return to mainland Greece. Drving along the coastal road, arrive at Delphi, home of the Oracle. VISAS & PASSPORTSA passport valid for at least six months after date of A passport valid for at least six months after date of return to the U.S. is required for all programs, both for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens. All passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have all proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine any visa or any other requirements. TransEurope Tours cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failudue to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation.

BAGGAGEDue to limited baggage area on buses coaches, each guest is requested to limit luggage to one suitcase and one small carry-on bag which can fit under the bus seats. Airlines may impose separate policies for luggage. Please check with your airline(s) directly for baggage regulations and related fees. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances at the risk of the guest; baggage insurance is highly recommended.

HOLIDHOLIDAYSDuring local or national holidays or special occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

RESPONSIBILITYMagic USA Inc, operating under the DBA Magic USA Inc, operating under the DBA TransEurope Tours, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively "TransEurope Tours"), does not own or operate any entity which provides accommoda-tion, transportation, restaurant, local ground operator, and other services for your trip. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, TransEurope Tours is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failunegligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity or of any third party.TransEurope Tours signs on motor vehicles, at hotels or elsewhere are only for identification purposes and do not denote ownership, supervision, or control by TransEurope Tours in any way. In addition and without limitation, TransEurope Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, damage to person or property or extra expenses in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or foGod or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or down-grading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Passengers are additionally responsible for complying with the terms, conditions or requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authorities, or for bearing any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of not complying with them. In the case of computer or human billing error we reserve the right to re-invoice passengers with correct billing. TransEurope Tours is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or typographical errors, in brochures, on Internet sites correspondence or invoices or in any other media wheother media where such information may be presented. We reserve the right to make corrections as required. The terms and conditions listed remain in effect until replaced. These terms and conditions replace all previous versions. The payment of a deposit and or/the issuance of tickets or vouchers shall be deemed your consent to the terms and conditions as presented herein.

TRAVELLERS REQUIRING SPECIAL ASSISTANCEPassengers with disabilities aPassengers with disabilities are welcome on TransEurope tours provided they are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all necessary assistance, and do not require special assistance from TransEurope Tours personnel. Any disabilities requiring special needs must be notified to TransEurope Tours during booking and TransEurope Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate these special needs, but is not respon-sible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it sible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.

YOUNG TRAVELERSTravelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.TransEurope Tours welcomes children of 5 year of age and older in escorted tours. We recommend private tours for families with children younger than 5 years.

TOUR PARTICIPATIONTTransEurope Tours reserves the right to accept or reject or remove, in sole opinion of TransEurope Tours acting in good faith, any tour member whose health, mental or physical condition or conduct is considered to be incompatible with the interests of other tour members. TransEurope Tours is not responsible for any expenses incurred by a tour member in such a case.

ITINERARY/SCHEDULE CHANGESWWe reserve the right, in our discretion, to substitute carrier, aircraft, charter flight for scheduled flight, cruise line, and to alter the itinerary, substitute portions of the sightseeing, ports of call, entertainment, hotels, restaurants, party and banquet locations, or other accommodations. For flights, cruises and cruise portions of tours, TransEurope Tours is subject to operating decisions of the cruiselines and airlines.

NON-OPERNON-OPERATION OF ESCORTED TOURTTransEurope Escorted tour, unless indicated as guaranteed departure, require enrollment a minimum number of guests for operation.TransEurope Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure that does not meet its minimum enrollment criteria or in accordance with operating requirements. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TransEurope's only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has amount it has received for the tour booking. TransEurope will try to re-book the same or similar tour and, where flights have been confirmed by TransEurope, will attempt to confirm air seats for new dates selected, subject to availability. Please note that TransEurope is not liable for any travel arrangements affected and any cancella-tion penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements not made by TransEurope Tours.

CANCELLATIONS AND PROGRAM CHANGES DUE TO CARRIERSTTransEurope Tours is not liable for any program changes and extra costs incurred due to cancellations, schedule changes and delays of transportation carriers like airlines, cruiselines, ferry lines, or due to any other reasons beyond its control. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance for coverage in such cases .

SMOKINGSmoking is not allowed on coaches, ships, mini-buses or vans. Smoking is not allowed on coaches, ships, mini-buses or vans. Rregular stops are scheduled for those who wish to smoke.
