GLOSSARYManifest/Bill of Lading Amendment Fee

Amending any details that will affect the Manifest or amending of the Bill of lading after the draft has been approved. For short transit time this will be charged for any amendment once the vessel has sailed.

Switch B/L

First set will be charged the Switch Bill Fee, thereafter every additional set will be as per the Bill of Lading Fee Late Submission of Shipping Instruction SI must be submitted by stack closure. If stacks close on a weekend, SI's are to be submitted on first working day after the weekend, no later than 12h00. For Reefer clients SI's must be submitted no later than vessel sailing Please note that should your SI not be received in accordance with these deadlines your cargo will not be loaded Late payment Penalty - Freight For late payments of freight - 5 days after vsl departure (Min. USD50).

Penalty on misdeclaration of weight

Charge is applicable when Booked weight is different from Actual Weight. </> 1000kg

Depot Lifts

Charge applicable for unutilized containers picked up and bookings cancelled
