We, the three founders inspired by this statement decided that the name of our organization should reflect the unified approach to our mission of growing motorsports in India, hence Team46.

TEAM 46 Motor Racing Pvt. Ltd is a registeredentity, affiliated to the Federation ofMotor Sports Clubs of India, operatingout of the beautiful city of Bangalore.

Introduction

• Motorsport in India is scaling new heights.

• The number of motorsport events like autocross, rallies, circuit racing, dirt track or hill climbs held every year in India has increased exponentially and heralds the new maturity in this rapidly evolving sport.

• Although traditionally there has been a dearth of expertise in conducting motorsport events, the veterans in this field are stepping up to take responsibility of organizing these events with all the professional expertise that it entails.

• Team46 is one such group of experienced rallyists who have made it their mission to promote motorsports in India.

The Market

• Autocross/Dirt track event which is a form of motorsports that emphasizes safe, low-cost competition and active participation.

• An autocross is a timed competition where drivers navigate one at a time through a temporary course marked by traffic cones, rather than racing on a track with multiple other cars, as in road racing or oval racing.

• Speeds are slower in absolute terms when compared to other forms of motorsports, usually not exceeding highway speeds, but the activity level (measured in discrete turns per minute) is higher due to the large number of elements packed into each course.

• This overlooked motorsport is quickly gaining popularity because of its unique blend of competition and affordability.

TIMER DEVICE

• The event organizers take the safety of the participants very seriously

• A fully equipped ambulance, first aid room and two qualified doctors on standby are the off road safety precautions that will be in place for the duration of the event.

• All participants are insured against unforeseen eventualities, INR2,00,000 cover is provided in case of death and up to INR 40,000 for hospitalization in case of injuries resulting from accidents.

• All safety norms prescribed by the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India will be strictly adhered to.

• Events will be held for various auto classifications, the primary segments being• 2 wheelers (5 classes)• 4 wheelers (9 classes)

• Cash Prizes ranging from INR 3,000 (First Place) to INR 1000 (Third Place) will be awarded in the various categories such as Novice Class, Indian Open and Extreme Class
