The Scope of work is to install the CEMS and manual ports in Dukhan fields. This project is based on selection of technology, automatic sample extraction and sample transportation with reliable sample conditioning. Purging and heat tracing accessories comply with all the operational of US EPA 40 CFR 60 & 75 in addition to QP standards and Ministry standards. Data acquisition, recording features and interface with the respective plant control systems and DIC.

Responsible for detailed engineering for EPC - Supply of Sweet Fuel Gas to various Dukhan consumer station includes Detail Engineering for UG/AG Pipeline of size ranging from 4”to 36”, station Piping , Civil and Structural, DG set & Vessels, Air compressors, Substation building, Control Room Building, Electrical and Process control, F&G detection system, Telecommunication and Access control. The multidiscipline project is to Produced Water Treatment & Injection (Dukhan Fields: KN, FS, FM & JALEHA Degassing Stations and PWI Stations PS-2, 4, 6, 8 & 9) Phase-2 which consists design and detailed engineering, procurement of materials, demolition of existing piping and associated works, site preparation and earthworks, construction of culverts, duct banks, equipment foundations, pump sheds, substation buildings.

Installation of internally HDPE lined 12” & 10” pipelines (24 km), FBE coated station piping, pressure control valves (PCV), shutdown valves, ESD valve partial stroke testing system, transfer pumps (12 Nos.), instrument air lines, DCS / ESD / F&G system, F&G detection and protection, field instruments, telecom network system, power management system (PMS), substation control system (SCS), installation of new substations, UPS, building systems, area lighting, earthing system, cathodic protection system, surface preparation and painting of piping & pipelines, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning.

GTC/07/146/ED – Corrosion inhibition facilities at the wellheads with Gaslift, DUKHANPosition: Project Manager (EPIC)

The objective of the WORK is to provide corrosion inhibitor injection facilities for each individual Wellhead having Gas Lift facilities in order to protect essentially the Wellhead casing, tubing and flow lines from corrosion.

SOW includes but not limited to:EPIC of pumps and tank skid with SS tubings, COSASCO Corrosion monitoring systems, Electrical panels, instrument panels and RIO panels, Up gradation of PLC 5 to control logix systems SCADA updation, F&G and Safety equipments.

Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Testing, and Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of the Gas lift facility. The work consists of installation of 3 new additional slots each on all the 28 gas lift manifold stations. Extension of 8" gas lift header, configuration of SCADA system for each gas lift slots, construction of civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, electrical, fire & gas, installation of alarm, trip signals, PLC based remote transmitting units, control valves, instrument air headers, vent lines, and flammable gas detector.

GC07102600 - EPIC for of Smokeless Flare and Automatic blowdown system at Fahahil Stripping Plant at Dukhan, QP Position: Lead Project Engineer (EPIC)

The objective of this Project is to upgrade/modify the flare/blow-down/drain system and install a new air assisted elevated smokeless flare.

Installation of new blow down valves, modification of existing control valves for actuation from ESD system, replacement of items of equipment / piping to suit the predicted low temperature caused due to blow down, modification of ESD / Blow down System, etc.

New flare headers and liquid blow down headers sized for automatic blow down flows and drain header. Flare Knock out Drum, Liquid Flash Drum and pumps for recovery of condensate. Closed Drain Drum, Contaminated Drain Drum, pumps for recovery and disposal to FMDS. The replacement of existing Flash Gas Compressor with a new adequately sized one to enhance the Compressor

capacity/ delivery pressure so as to inject to the Government Gas Line.
