Authorised Inspection Locations (AIL’s) must ensure vehicles are compliant with the SLP exhaust compliance document (OS7-CD-3.6-3.7-002) when conducting Pass- 2-Load inspections from the 1 st April 2013. A number of bulk fuel fleet operators in Australia have informed SLP that some exhaust suppliers are unable to supply components in time for them to meet the current exhaust compliance deadline of the 1 st January. Safe Load Program has reviewed this small set back and has agreed to reschedule the January 2013 commencement date to the 1 st of April 2013. This will allow sufficient time for bulk fuel fleet operators to source and fit the necessary components to meet compliance. The need for consistency in exhaust standards and compliance remains and will further assist in the reduction of risk, keeping tanker drivers, equipment and terminal staff and loading facilities safe.

• Operators vehicles entering SLP member terminals must conform with the SLP exhaust shielding compliance document (OS7-CD-3.6-3.7-002) from the 1st April 2013.

• Authorised Inspection Locations (AIL’s) must ensure vehicles are compliant with the SLP exhaust compliance document (OS7-CD-3.6-3.7-002) when conducting Pass-2-Load inspections from the 1st April 2013.

A number of bulk fuel fleet operators in Australia have informed SLP that some exhaust suppliers are unable to supply components in time for them to meet the current exhaust compliance deadline of the 1st January.

Safe Load Program has reviewed this small set back and has agreed to reschedule the January 2013 commencement date to the 1st of April 2013.
