Robinson has designed a course that is located in the least abrupt part of the estate, which ranges from level 1 16 to 50. To this end, an average 5 tee platforms per hole and some large greens have been built (the latter with an average surface area of 500 square metres, although they go up to 1,000 square metres). The greens, which have gentle yet very lengthy slopes with a great number of flag positions, ensure that each hole on the course can turn out to be either easy or extremely difficult. The Valle Romano Golf School offers a great variety of programmes to suit the needs both of amateurs and beginners, and applies the finest teaching programmes and techniques available in the world of golf. The wide range of options available include intensive one-week courses, specific putting and short game courses, courses for VIPs, a clinic and private classes, among others. Special attention is paid to younger pupils, with monthly courses on Saturdays or intensive summer courses. The entire practice area is floodlit, with both covered and grass bays.

RESIDENTS’ OFFICE

Valle Romano Golf & Resort has a Residents’ Office at the disposal of all its customers, which attends to all residents’ needs even before they sign the title deeds to their properties. This department carries out preliminary work ranging from organising the title deeds and signatures in the presence of the notary and handing over of keys, to subsequently dealing with any doubt, enquiry or need raised by customers: from the checking of details to the contracting of utilities and other diverse services. The Residents’ Office has been devised to ensure that residents enjoy the best possible quality of life in the utmost comfort from the very first day. For this reason, residents are supplied with a selection of contact details in order for them to directly contract all the services they may need in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible: transport and vehicle rental; security, surveillance of access points and tele-assistance; cleaning and monitoring of homes; and projects involving decoration and choice of furniture, among others.

The complex boasts a Club House, a prestigious golf school with bilingual teachers, a specialist shop and restaurant-cafeteria.
