FrontStream is seeking an UX Designer in our Cambridge, MA office to provide UX Design and research support

to our growing and innovative product team.

Positon Overview:

We are looking for a UX Designer whose ready to adapt and extend the creative vision as new product goals and

creative challenges emerge in our iterative, user focused environment. Candidates will be primarily measured on

ensuring that solutions and deliverables meet modern design standards and help to solve key user problems.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce workflow diagrams, Wireframes, and prototypes of user interfaces

• Working with developers to meet product objectives and sprint commitments in an Agile environment

• Conduct and assist in user research to build and maintain user journeys, personas, task analysis & user

story maps

• Creating custom iconography and other visuals elements as needed

• Conducting client, & user interviews

• Building clickable or interactive prototypes

• Working with developers to meet product objectives and sprint commitments

• Contribute and assist in managing of the enterprise wide design system library

Desired Skills and Experience Include:

• 2+ years of UX design experience in a product focused environment

• Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamiq or

others

• A strong grasp of the technical implications and constraints of your design choices

• Understanding of UX and usability best practices in complex web applications
