DESCRIPTION
Tishman Speyer along with its Gestapo Rose Associates and Borah Goldstein were in the midst of their racketeering scheme to get rid of rent stabilized tenants. They targeted a man who had dogs for medical reasons. The Director of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity in New York State thought it was bad enough that he sought Federal Intevention from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development who filed a lawsuit on behalf of the victim and charged Tishman Speyer with Discriminatory practices...ALL PART OF THE CRIMINAL RACKETEERING SCHEME.
