With close to 1,700 members, NAIOP Massachusetts remains the largest chapter in the nation. From its accomplished Board of Directors and Gavel Members, to Corporate Member companies and an active Developing Leaders program (for professionals age 35 and under), NAIOP represents a diverse mix of the leading professionals in the field - including developers, owners, investors, financiers, brokers, attorneys, consultants and more.

DEVELOPING LEADER ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP: $4,000 Includes recognition at all DL events and all DL promotional materials for calendar year.As a Developing Leader Annual Sponsor, you will be supporting a wide variety of programming, networking and career development opportunities for commercial real estate professionals age 35 and under. Your sponsorship participation enables DL members to receive a significant discount on membership dues and event registration. In addition, you will help your firm attract and retain talent and enable your DL employees to become more engaged in NAIOP.
EVENT SPONSORSHIP: $1,500 - $5,000In 2018, NAIOP Massachusetts presented 40 educational programs to over 5,000 attendees, covering issues related to the development, investment, design, construction and marketing of office, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, hotel, lab space and institutional properties. NAIOP offers a variety of programs and sponsorship opportunities, including NAIOP signature breakfast and evening programs, Government Affairs programs, the Annual Market Forecast and Mid-Year Roundup, as well as smaller, more targeted and focused programs.

Podcasts will focus on CRE trends and include interviews with disruptors and leaders in each topic area; the video blog will tour Boston’s newest developments and hear from the teams that make it all happen. Initially there will be one podcast and one video blog per month each with an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
