Urban School District Ohio Rapidly closing gaps in grade level achievement Partnership Highlights Edgenuity solutions with NWEA learning paths have been adopted in 18 schools in an urban district in Ohio, to provide students with individualized instruction based on each student’s NWEA MAP Reading and Math assessment scores. This approach provides personalized learning and support tailored to individual student’s needs. Each school selects a targeted population on which to focus implementation. Schools give additional access as available to students outside of the target population. Impact on Student Growth and Achievement From fall 2016 to spring 2017, students demonstrated statistically significant gains on all domains of the NWEA MAP Reading and Mathematics assessments (p<.01). For the large majority of participants in grades 1–8, students who completed 50% or more of the instructional learning path activities in an NWEA domain area improved 1.5 to 2 times more on the NWEA MAP assessment (fall 16–spring 17) than their peers who had only classroom instruction in the same domain area. By using Edgenuity learning paths aligned to NWEA MAP with fidelity, in addition to classroom instruction, students are able to rapidly close the gap in grade level achievement. 2016–2017 HIGHLIGHTS Schools: 18 Students Logged In: 4,768 Teachers Logged In: 347 Total Login Hours: 64,806 Total Activities Completed: 173,166 Average Activity Score: 73

Impact on Student Growth and AchievementFrom fall 2016 to spring 2017, students demonstrated
