Cut (2) 3 ½” x width of fabric (WOF) strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) Template 1 triangles. Cut (2) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) Template 2 triangles. Cut (2) 2” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) 2” squares.

Fabric B- Weave – Dark 2108-0129 2108-0158 1/8 yard Cut (1) 1 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut the strip into (20) 1 ½” squares.

Fabric C- Vines – Dark 2103-0129 2103-0158 2/3 yard

Cut (2) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) Template 1 triangles. Cut (2) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) Template 2 triangles. Cut (2) 2” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (40) 2” squares.

Cut (11) 2” x WOF strips. Cut (2) 6” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (14) 5” x 6” strips. Cut (2) 5” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (12) 5” squares. Cut (4) 5” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (97) 1 ½” x 5” strips. Cut (3) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (80) Template 1 triangles. Cut (3) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (80) Template 2 triangles. Cut (7) 3 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut the strips into (80) 3 ½” squares. Cut (4) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 2” x 68 ½” strips. Cut (3) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 2” x 57” strips.

Fabric H- Bias Stripe 2102-0129 2102-0158 1 yard Cut (4) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 1 ½” x 71 ½” strips. Cut (3) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 1 ½” x 59” strips. Cut (8) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding.

Fabric I- Main Floral – Light 2101-0180 2101-0166 1 1/3 yards

Cut (4) 5 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 5 ½” x 73 ½” strips. Cut (4) 5 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end, with diagonal seams, and cut (2) 5 ½” x 69” strips.

Backing- Stripe – Light 2104-0129 2104-0158 5-1/8 yards

Cut (2) 91” x WOF strips. Sew together and trim to make (1) 77” x 91” back.

Block Assembly

1. Sew (1) 2” x WOF Fabric E strip, (1) 2” x WOF Fabric G strip and (1) 2” x WOF Fabric D strip together, in that order, lengthwise to make (1) EGD strip set. Repeat to make (5) EGD strip sets total (Fig. 1).

2. Cut the EGD strip sets into (96) 2” x 5” EGD strips (Fig. 2). 3. Sew (1) 2” x WOF Fabric G strip, (1) 2” x WOF Fabric F strip

and (1) 2” x WOF Fabric G strip together, in that order, lengthwise to make (1) GFG strip set. Repeat to make (3) GFG strip sets total (Fig. 3).

4. Cut the GFG strip sets into (48) 2” x 5” GFG strips (Fig. 4). 5. Sew (1) EGD strip to the top and to the bottom of the (1)

GFG strip to make (1) F block (Fig. 5). Repeat to make (48) F blocks total.

6. Sew (1) F-block to the right side of (1) 5” x 6” Fabric G strip to make one GF block (Fig. 6). Repeat to make (14) GF blocks total.

7. Sew (1) F-block to each side of (1) 1 ½” x 5” Fabric G strip to make (1) FGF block (Fig. 7). Repeat to make (17) FGF blocks total.

8. Sew (1) Fabric A-Template 1 and (1) Fabric G-Template 1 together to make (1) AG unit (Fig. 8). Repeat to make (40) AG units total.

9. Sew (1) Fabric C-Template 1 and (1) Fabric G-Template 1 together to make (1) CG unit (Fig. 9). Repeat to make (40) CG units total.

10. Sew (1) Fabric A-Template 2 and (1) Fabric G-Template 2 together to make (1) GA unit (Fig. 10). Repeat to make (40) GA units total.

11. Sew (1) Fabric C-Template 2 and (1) Fabric G-Template 2 together to make (1) GC unit (Fig. 11). Repeat to make (40) GC units total.

12. Sew (1) AG unit to the right side of one 3 ½” Fabric G square. Sew (1) 2” Fabric A square to the right end of (1) GA unit. Sew this strip to the bottom of the 3 ½” Fabric G square to make (1) GAG block (Fig. 12). Repeat to make (40) GAG blocks total.

13. Sew (1) CG unit to the right side of one 3 ½” Fabric G square. Sew (1) 2” Fabric C square to the right end of (1) GC unit. Sew this strip to the bottom of the 3 ½” Fabric G square to make (1) GCG block (Fig. 13). Repeat to make (40) GCG blocks total.

14. Sew (4) GAG blocks, (4) 1 ½” x 5” Fabric G strip and (1) 1 ½” Fabric B square together to make (1) Block One (Fig. 14). Repeat to make (10) Block Ones total.

15. Sew (4) GCG blocks, (4) 1 ½” x 5” Fabric G strip and (1) 1 ½” Fabric B square together to make (1) Block Two (Fig. 15). Repeat to make (10) Block Twos total.

16. Sew (2) GF blocks, (3) 5” Fabric G squares and (2) FGF blocks together to make (1) sashing row. Repeat to make (4) sashing rows total.

Quilt Assembly (Refer to the quilt layout)

17. Sew (2) Block Ones, (3) GF blocks and (2) Block Twos together to make Row One. Repeat to make Row Five.

18. Sew (2) Block Twos, (3) FGF blocks and (2) Block Ones together to make Row Two. Repeat to make Rows Three and Four.

19. Sew the (5) rows, in numerical order, and the (4) sashing rows together, al-ternating them, to make the quilt top.

20. Sew (1) 2” x 68 ½” Fabric G strip to each side of the quilt top. Sew (1) 2” x 57” Fabric G strip to the top and to the bottom of the quilt top.

21. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 71 ½” Fabric H strip to each side of the quilt top. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 59” Fabric H strip to the top and to the bottom of the quilt top.

22. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 73 ½” Fabric I strip to each side of the quilt top. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 69” Fabric I strip to the top and to the bottom of the quilt top.

23. Layer and quilt as desired. 24. Sew the (8) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric H strips
