The UPMG 2012 Conference,’Going for Gold‘ is packed with top class speakers, and a full program. The conference is being held in The Vale Resort, just west of Cardiff, from Sunday 27th May to Wednesday 30th May.

Our Keynote Speaker is Double World Champion and Olympic Silver Medallist Jamie Baulch. Jamie’s career saw him breaking Welsh and European records, he won his Silver Olympic medal in the 4 x 400m relay in Atlanta 1996, and went on to win Gold in the world championship for both the relay and the 400m, as well as winning medals in the European and Commonwealth Games.

The program this year is full of top class guest speakers including: Jimmy Friend from the University of North Texas; Rob Roberts from Massey University, Australia; Ann Holman from Ann Holman Company, a leading authority on social media, marketing and leadership; and Jo Lloyd from Cotmandene Training & Development.

The conference is here to support you in the development of your print and design unit, to ensure you are in the best position to achieve your targets in the coming year.

The conference is accompanied by our leading supplier exhibition, and you will have the opportunity to meet and see the ranges from all our partner suppliers.

Networking is a vital part of the conference and there will be time to discuss current topics and share best practice with your fellow delegates during the event.

On Tuesday evening we will announce the winners of our Design and Print Awards at our Annual Awards Dinner.

This year’s conference promises to be a fantastic event, and essential to university print managers. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
