Update from Satkhira It’s been few days since my first blog post. I tried to recall my memories to make some more blog posts of the last 22 days that I have said. There is so many memories that I can’t really write in one post. I wanted to write about our host family, my homie, my counterpart, terrible moments that I went through and so many others. Whenever I tried to write I can’t arrange those memories. No idea what the fuck is wrong with my head. Why it’s not working while I tried to write. So, Here I am, Right now in Shuvo’s (One of the national volunteers) laptop trying to write something else. So I just named “Update from Sathkhira) of this part. I’m going to go through the update of our works and some other funny moments is possible. All the team members except leaders were divided into 4 groups to work in 4 different villages. In my group we are 5 members including Sam, Bea, Marian and lovely Mia. I am very happy with my group and we are quite confident that we are gonna make some great work for our village. And good wishes for others groups too. Wish they will do the same. So, the name of our village is Horinkhola. We got some youth club members who are very co-operative and motivated and very excited to work with us. That’s a great advantage for us of course. It will be very wrong if I don’t mention 2 names. They are Sanjay and Madhusudhon who are doing their best just like us to make some good changes in their place. Oh no, Horinkhola became our place too. I started to think Horinkhola as my own village and thinking what I would do in my village if I were in the same position. If it’s not the security concern we could have done so many things. Today is the 3 rd day of our baseline survey. We have completed 3 villages and the survey went as we planned. It was quite interesting work and everybody is feeling so relaxed to get back to work, as we are here for that. Wow, it was so painful to be in a building from where you can’t go out even you really wanted to. And tomorrow we will head towards to Horinkhola for the last baseline survey. As soon as we

Update from Satkhira

It’s been few days since my first blog post.

Today is the 3rd day of our baseline survey. As soon as we complete the survey we will go through the data’s that we collected and plan for our next action.

Fuck! That’s too boring. Any crazy things that we went through? Yea I am too boring, Can’t remember any crazy fucking thing. Hell yea, there was a funny moment in Montu Miyar Baganbari. I am not good at writing funny stories so I am gonna ask Sam to write details about today if he agrees I am gonna post that as soon as he does for me. We are right now in Rishilpi. It’s an international NGO having huge area with training facilities and lots of accommodation I think. We are gonna stay here for the rest time of the project (May be I am wrong). And this place is way better than PTRC. Have places to walk and their food is so much better comparing to PTRC. But I will miss the movie nights that we had in PTRC.

That’s all for now. I will try to come back with new updates and posts as soon as possible. Thank You.
