determining factors for the building :
• construction site without any road access or electric supply Complex supply system for the construction site, very basic accomodation standard for workers, difficult crew management according to instable weather,High demand on management and logistics
• extreme climatequick weather changing, extreme temperatures, strong winds (up to 200km/h!)
• special requirements in consequence of passive house standards Dense building envelope, tight tolerances of construction (prefabrication)!
• location in a nature and water protection areademands special attend to a „clean construction site (the main water supply pipeline for Vienna comes from the Hochschwab mountain!)
