APPLICATION OF KIRKLAND, ALBRECHT & FREDRICKSON, LLC FOR COMPENSATION AS ACCOUNTANT

(REQUEST TO LIMIT NOTICE)

Now comes the firm of Kirkland, Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC ("Applicant"), and hereby

requests compensation for fees and expenses rendered as accountant in this case. In support

thereof, the Applicant respectfully states as follows:

1. On December 18, 2009, Greenfield Silver, Inc. f/k/a Lunt Silversmiths, Inc. (the

"Debtor") filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with this Court.

2. On March 10, 2010, the Debtor filed an application to employ the Applicant as

Accountant. The application was approved on March 29, 2010; a copy of the order is attached

hereto as Exhibit "A".

3. On May 5, 2010, the Debtor filed a motion to expand the scope of the Applicant to

include accounting/bookkeeping procedures or adjustments for the Debtor for the years 2008,

2009, 2010 and any subsequent tax years during the pendency of this case. On June 10, 2010, the

motion was approved. A copy of the Order approving this motion is attached as Exhibit "B".

4. The Applicant sought to expand the scope of its Employment to include additional tax

and accounting services not anticipated when the Debtor filed the Application, and of which the

Applicant only became aware upon review of the Debtor’s documentation after the Court

approved the Employment.

5. Specifically, the last tax return the Debtor filed was in December 2007, which was

included as part of a consolidated tax return filed by Rogers, Lunt and Bowlen (“RLB”), the

Debtor’s parent company. Under current law, the Debtor must continue to be included on the

consolidated tax return filed by RLB. (See Treasury Regulation § 1.1502-75). Also under this

Regulation, the Debtor may not unilaterally file a separate tax return.

6. The Debtor’s related entities who filed on the consolidated tax returns previously are

RLB, Cunill USA, Inc., and RLB Cutlery, Inc. (the “Related Entities”).

7. Without filing a consolidated tax return, the Applicant is unable to estimate the

Debtor’s potential tax liability for any taxes due in the years subsequent to 2007 as under

Treasury Regulation § 1.502-6 each member of the consolidated tax return is severally

responsible for the consolidated group liability.

8. Therefore, the Debtor sought permission to expand the scope of the Applicant's

Employment to include preparation of the 2008 and 2009 consolidated federal and state tax

returns for the debtor and related entities, determine which entities were still in existence at

12/31/08 and 12/31/09 to include them in the 2008 and 2009 consolidated tax returns,

accounting/bookkeeping procedures or adjustments for the Debtor and related entities for the

years 2008 and 2009, and any subsequent tax years during the pendency of this case, including

but not limited to the following:

(a) Reconcile and verify amounts on the trial balance to subsidiary ledgers, if

applicable;

(b) Reconcile and verify amounts receivable/payable for Related Entities;

(c) Substantiate amounts due from stockholder of Debtor and due to

stockholder of Debtor recorded on the books of the Debtor;

(d) Determine any accounts receivable that may need to be written off as a bad

debts;

(e) Evaluate LIFO inventory layers and adjust to market value, if necessary;

(f) Investigate all old accounts with balances on the trial balance and write off

if necessary;

(g) Reconcile property and equipment and depreciation and adjust for assets

sold or no longer in service;

(h) Determine any asset sales and whether properly recorded by accountants of

Debtor; and

(i) Investigate IRS claim for income taxes related to tax years 2007 and 2008

against Debtor.

9. This application represents the first application for compensation for services

rendered by Applicant as accountant for the Debtor.1

10. This application is submitted in accordance with MLBR 2016-1.

11. Initial Engagement Planning and CPA Transition

(a) In order to fully understand the scope and complexity of the engagement,

Applicant participated in numerous conference calls with Edward Sabella,

Esquire, L. Alexandra Hogan, Esquire and Mr. James Lunt (the Debtor's

principal), as well as to transition from the prior accounting firm.

(b) Applicant evaluated its independence from Debtor to comply with industry

standards.

(c) Applicant met with Richard Powell, CPA, to gain an understanding of the

status of Debtor’s unfiled tax returns and to discuss why the audit was not

completed by the prior accounting firm.

(d) Multiple members of the Applicant team traveled to and from Debtor in

order to meet with Mr. Lunt and Ms. Dyer and review the historical

accounting data and software. This visit included obtaining all accounting

records, computer systems, servers, etc. to bring back to Applicant’s

offices to perform bookkeeping/reconciliation procedures to prepare the

initial tax returns.

(e) Applicant reviewed the initial information received and discovered that

Debtor did not file a separate federal income tax return under its name and

federal identification number, but rather filed a as part of a consolidated

tax return. The consolidated tax return was filed under the name and

federal identification number of its parent RLB. RLB is the parent

company of three subsidiaries: Greenfield Silver, Inc. F/K/A Lunt

Silversmiths, Inc.; Cunill USA, Inc.; and RLB Cutlery, Inc. At some point

in the past, Rogers, Lunt and Bowlen Company elected on behalf of itself

and its subsidiaries to file one consolidated income tax return for all four

entities and not four separate income tax returns.

(f) A result of being included in a consolidated tax return filing is that Debtor

may not file a separate tax return solely for its own taxable activity. Once

the election has been made to include a company in a consolidated tax

return that company must continue to include its taxable activity in the

group's consolidated tax return until either:

i. the company is no longer part of the group or

ii. the parent company requested permission of the Internal

Revenue Service (IRS) to allow the group to stop filing a

consolidated tax return. (§1.1502‐75(c)).

(1) Only the parent may request permission to

discontinue filing a consolidated tax return and such

a request must be sent to the IRS 90 days prior to

the due date of the return including extensions.

(2) Applicant did not become aware of any request of

the IRS to discontinue the filing of consolidated tax

returns.

(g) RLB, as the parent, is responsible for preparing and filing the consolidated

income tax return.

(h) As a result of these findings, Applicant held meetings to analyze the

situation and determined that an expansion of the services to be provided

was necessary.

(i) Applicant met with Mr. Lunt and a representative with Debtor’s

accounting department in order to grasp an understanding of its accounting

system.

(j) Applicant met and prepared a plan to gather information from Debtor’s

accounting system in order to prepare trial balances and tax returns. This

included meeting with Advanced System Integrators to move servers from

Debtor’s location to Applicant’s Braintree location.

(k) Applicant traveled to, and appeared in, bankruptcy court.

(l) Applicant corresponded on multiple occasions with Wells Fargo in order

to determine status of a commercial loan Debtor held with them.

(m) Applicant held multiple internal meetings discussing general strategy

pertaining to the following:

i. Engagement planning, including timeline of events

ii. Monthly financial statement preparation

iii. Consolidated tax return preparation

iv. Bankruptcy case proceedings

12. Account Reconciliation and Bookkeeping

(a) Applicant reviewed prior accountant workpapers and previously filed tax

returns in order to fully understand the company as a whole and its status

at that point in time.

(b) Applicant researched Epicor accounting package and FRx reporting

software in order to gain an understanding as to the processes necessary to

run reports applicable to the engagement.

(c) Applicant gathered various financial statement reports, including general

ledger, profit & loss and balance sheet from 2008, 2009 and 2010, from

Debtor’s server. This information was used to examine and reconcile

specific accounts.

(d) Some information could not be recovered from the Debtor servers and thus

had to be requested from third parties.

(e) Some reports received from prior accountant were not prepared correctly.

Applicant spent time investigating problems and reconciling variances.

(f) New reconciliations had to be prepared accordingly.

(g) Applicant prepared multiple journal entries to record prior year activity.

13. Monthly Financial Statement Preparation & Review

(a) Applicant prepared financial statements on a monthly basis. This process

included the following:

i. Requesting bank statement information from the bank

ii. Communicating with attorneys to determine fees and other

circumstances that would require attention on the monthly

financial statements.

iii. Meetings to discuss status and process of financial statement

preparation.

iv. Preparation of the monthly financial statements.

v. Review of the prepared monthly financial statements.

14. Correspondence

(a) From July 2010 through January 2014, Applicant participated in multiple

telephone conferences with attorneys Edward Sabella and Alex Hogan to

discuss monthly financial statements, bankruptcy issues and

documentation, account status and other various topics. Verbal or email

updates included:

i. A status update from the attorneys regarding changes in the case

ii. An update of accrued expenses from the attorneys or other matters

that could impact the monthly accounting

iii. Review of Mr. James Lunt’s monthly accounting and routine

correspondence to

15. Tax Research

(a) Applicant performed research related to the following topics:

i. NY tax law treatment of related party transactions.

ii. IRC §332 pertaining to the tax treatment of the complete

liquidation of subsidiaries.

iii. Rules and regulations related to bankrupt subsidiaries.

iv. Bankrupt subsidiary filing with a consolidated group.

16. Review of Account Status and Billing Summary

(a) Throughout the engagement, Applicant occasionally reviewed the status of

the account to keep all parties informed and ensure proper efficiency

procedures were in place.

17. Tax Return Preparation and Review

(a) Applicant prepared the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Federal

and Massachusetts tax returns for Debtor.

(b) The engagement for 2008 was to prepare a Federal consolidated return that

included four different companies: RLB; Lunt Silversmiths, Inc.; Cunill

USA, Inc. and RLB Cutlery, Inc. and four separate Massachusetts returns.

One for each of the companies listed above.

(c) The initial work was to reconcile the tax returns to the financial

statements. The tax returns showed accounts such as additional paid in

capital that were not reflected on the financial records. Significant time

was spent reconciling the two different sets of information. Applicant was

not able to reconcile each variance so discussions were held on how best

to report the information on the tax returns.

(d) The depreciation records also had to be reconciled for differences between

the financial/book accumulated depreciation and the tax accumulated

depreciation.

(e) The financial records then had to be adjusted for any differences between

how the financial reporting treated various items and how tax reporting

treated those same items. Examples of the differences would be only 50%

of any meals expense is deductible for the tax return while for financial

reporting 100% of the expense is deductible. Other examples are

differences in depreciation expense and certain penalties are not deductible

expenses for the tax return.

(f) The next step was to group the hundreds of individual accounts that each

company had into groups that could then be reported on the individual tax

returns. After the accounts were grouped, those groups now had to be

linked to a specific line on the tax returns and the subsidiary forms and

schedules that must be prepared to filed a complete and accurate return.

(g) All carryover items had to be reconciled to the prior year returns in

particular net operating losses being carried over to 2008 had to be

verified.

(h) Once the return was prepared an experienced tax manager had to review

all the individual steps that the preparer as done to create the four

individual tax returns and the consolidated Federal income tax return. Both

the Federal and state tax returns.

(i) This same process was repeated for each subsequent year. As activity

within each of the companies ceased, the preparation of the returns became

much easier.

18. In performing these services from April 2010 through June 2014, Applicant spent

958.56 hours, incurring time charges of $179,388.00 and expenses in the amount of $367.27. An

itemized statement for services rendered and expenses incurred is annexed hereto as Exhibit "C".

19. Annexed hereto as Exhibit "D" is biographical data regarding the Applicant's

qualifications.

REQUEST TO LIMIT NOTICE

20. Request is hereby made to limit notice regarding this Application upon the individuals

and entities served with this Application, which are as follows: the U.S. Trustee, the Debtor, the

top twenty unsecured creditors, the creditors committee, Gary Weiner, Esquire as counsel to the

creditors committee, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the Internal Revenue Service

and all attorneys who have filed appearances in this case.

21. The Applicant submits that due to the nature of this Application, no further service is

necessary.

WHEREFORE, Kirkland, Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC respectfully prays:

Kenneth Kirkland Managing Partner Kenneth Kirkland is a founding member of KAF and has over 26 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax services, the design and implementation of acquisition strategies. Ken started his career with the Internal Revenue Service which gave him a unique understanding of the tax code and representation in front of the IRS. He frequently applies this experience and knowledge to protect our clients through proactive tax strategies. Ken is a featured speaker at business conferences, discussing exit strategies for closely held business owners. Ken is an active member in several industry and community organizations. He holds Securities Series 6 and 66 licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission and is the Chairman for the Board of Directors of the South Shore Hospital. In the past Ken held the position as Chairman for both the Board of Directors of the accounting association JHI International and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA). He obtained his Undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Southern New Hampshire University and Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bentley College. Ken is one of the few people in New England that loves the winter, as he likes to both ski and snowmobile during the colder months of the year. 

Edward J. Berardi, CPA, JD Partner 

Ed joined KAF as a shareholder in November 2008. He has over 30 years of experience in public 

accounting serving a diverse range of closely‐held companies as well as wealthy families. Ed specializes 

in providing accounting and tax services with a concentration in the professional service, technology and 

real estate industries. Ed is a Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts 

Society of Certified Public Accountants and an active participant in the Society's Small Business and 

Taxation Committees. He holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern 

University and his JD degree from New England School of Law. Ed enjoys spending time in Nantucket 

with family and friends, golfing, and cooking for friends and family. 

Margaret J. Fredrickson, CPA Partner 

Margaret Fredrickson is a founding shareholder of Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC, and has over 

30 years of public accounting experience, focusing in the accounting and auditing areas of the practice. 

Margaret  is a graduate of Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science degree  in Accounting and holds 

securities 6 and 66  licenses  from  the Securities and Exchange Commission. She was  formerly on  the 

Board of Directors  for  the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and  is a Trustee on  the South Shore 

Economic  Development  Corporation.  In  addition,  she  is  a  member  of  the  American  Institute  of 

Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Alan Muster, CPA, MST Partner Alan joined KAF as a partner in November, 2008. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting  serving  as  a  trusted  advisor  to  a  wide  range  of  clientele.  Alan  specializes  in providing  accounting,  consulting,  and  special  situation  tax  services  to  high  net  worth individuals  and  closely‐held  businesses.  He  concentrates  in  the  real  estate,  professional service,  entertainment  and  media  related  industries.  Alan  also  assists  individuals  and corporations with  the  intricacies of  foreign  relocation and  represents clients before  the  IRS and various state authorities. He is the past Treasurer for the Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts  and  a  current  member  of  the  Massachusetts  Society  of  Certified  Public Accountants. His education  includes a Bachelor of Science degree  in Accounting from Bryant

Michael T. Hinchey, JD, LLM Tax Director 

Michael has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, financial services and business consulting.  

He specializes in tax planning and tax compliance for a variety of closely held businesses.  His experience 

includes concentrations in both closely held corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Michael 

also advises clients on tax exempt issues, compensation planning, and estate planning.  

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science Degree from University of Notre Dame.   He then 

earned his  JD  from Suffolk University  Law School and his  LLM  in Taxation  from  the Boston University 

School of Law. 

Michael is a member of the United State Tax Court Bar, the United States District Court Bar, 

Massachusetts Bar, Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. 

Mark Henry, CPA, MSA Senior Audit Manager 

Mark Henry, CPA joined KAF in the fall of 2009; he was previously employed by a large Boston CPA firm. 

Mark’s  experience  in  public  accounting  spans  over  seven  years. Mark  has  significant  experience  in 

manufacturing, distribution, hi‐tech and employee benefit plan audits. 

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stonehill College and a master’s in accounting from 

Boston  College.  He  is  a member  of  the Massachusetts  Society  of  Certified  Public  Accountants  and 

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  

Mark is currently serving as the chair of our firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee which assists the 

firm  in  staying  current  on  all  new  accounting  pronouncements.  In  2003, Mark  played  professional 

baseball for the Brockton Rox of the Can‐Am league.  

Popi Kardaris Barrett, CPA, MST Tax Manager Popi joined the firm in 2005 and has over 14 years of tax experience in public accounting.  Popi has a 

unique approach to our clients’ tax issues; she brings real world experience and compassion to each 

relationship.  She specializes in tax planning and tax compliance for closely held business with a focus in 

state and local taxation.  

Popi earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston University and her Masters of Science 

in Taxation from Bentley College.   Popi  is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public 

Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Popi is also the proud mother 

of two wonderful sons who keep her very occupied outside of KAF. 

Richard Antenucci, CPA, MST Tax Manager Richard Antenucci, CPA, is a Tax Manager with 30 years in the public accounting profession. He joined 

KAF in December 2011 where he serves professional service businesses, construction, distribution, 

manufacturing, retail, and non‐profit organizations. Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and

Business Administration from Northeastern University along  with a Master’s degree in Taxation from 

Bentley University and is a member of both the AICPA and MSCPA. 

In his  role he oversees client  representation on  IRS and  state  tax examinations and appeals  including 

written correspondence with  tax authorities, participates  in  income  tax planning and projections, and 

performs  research and writing memorandums on challenging  taxation questions and  issues. Rich also 

prepares  and  reviews  corporate, partnership,  LLC,  individual,  and not‐for‐profit  tax  returns,  including 

consolidated  and  unitary  returns  for  entities  of  all  sizes  and  complexity.  He  laisses  between 

Partners/Directors,  clients,  and  internal  staff  to  fulfill  tax  engagements  and  address  challenging  tax 

questions or issues and supervises/evaluates the tax staff.   

Barry MacQuarrie, CPA 

IT Consultant Barry MacQuarrie, CPA joined KAF in 1998 as a Consultant.  He works with professional services firms helping them benefit from the implementation of cloud accounting solutions.  His areas of expertise include cloud accounting, process improvement, workflow, and technology management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and has served on the Information Technology Executive Committees for both organizations. Also a member of Toastmasters International, he serves as VP of Education for his local chapter in addition to serving one the CCH User Conference Customer Advisory Committee and as Chair of the Executive Committee for the Babson College Alumni Technology Council.  

Mary-Beth Scott Senior Associate

Mary‐Beth  joined KAF  in October 2009. She has 13 years of experience  in accounting, audit and  tax. 

Mary‐Beth  assists  corporate  and  individual  clients  with  their  everyday  needs  such  as  financial 

statements, daily bookkeeping, accounting and  tax questions. She specializes  in a variety of  industries 

including  family‐owned  businesses,  real  estate,  sports  retailers,  contractors,  and  food  services.    She 

works with multiple entities with complex organizational structures  that have numerous related party 

transactions that she closely monitors and strategically handles.   

Mary‐Beth  feels  a  strong  connection  with  family‐owned  businesses  as  she  grew  up working  in  her 

father’s  insurance  company.  She  is extremely approachable and  therefore quickly becomes a  trusted 

business  advisor  to  her  clients.  Mary‐Beth  lives  with  her  husband  and  two  year  old  daughter  in 

Marshfield.

Diane Donaher, CPA Senior Associate

Diane joined KAF  in October of 2004.   She has over 20 years of experience managing audits, reviews, 

comilation  engagements  inclding  planning,  supervision  and  financial  statement  preparation.   Diane 

also calculates tax provisions and prepares tax returns for  individuals, partnerships, corporations and 

not‐for‐profit  entities.    She  specializes  in  a  variety of  industries  including  family‐owned  businesses, 

retailers, contractors, manufacturing and distribution and not‐for profits.   

Diane  has  a  Bachelor  of  Science  in Management,  Accounting  and  Finance  from  Bridgewater  State 

University.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Insistute of CPAs.  

Diane lives in Abington with her husband and three children.   

Greg Reed Senior Associate

Greg Reed is a Senior Tax Accountant with five years’ experience in the accounting field. He started with 

KAF in September 2009 after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bryan University. Greg 

is currently a candidate for a Master’s degree  in Accounting with Southern New Hampshire University 

with  a  scheduled  completion  date  in  the  spring  of  2015.  Greg  specializes  in  Manufacturing  and 

Distribution as well as International Compliance. In his role he prepares and reviews tax documentation 

and  researches  technical  tax matters. Greg  is  a member  of  the Massachusetts  Society  of  CPA’s  and 

serves on an advisory board to the Massachusetts Society for young professionals. 

Brenda Blumberg Administrative Assistant

Brenda  has  been  with  KAF  for  over  10  years.    In  her  role  she  wears  many  hats.    She  provides 

administrative assistance for the firm, as well as assistance to the Managing Partner.   

Brenda  manages  the  firms  travel,  orders  all  supplies,  tax  return  processing,  e‐filing  and  extension 

processing,  audit department  scheduling,  reception back up  and  assistance  to  the business  valuation 

department, as well as provides any other administrative assistance within the firm.   

Chritine Provost Tax Administrator

Christine has been with KAF for 10 years.  She manages the day to day administrative activities in the tax 

department.    She  handles  tax  processing,  scheduling,  due  date  monitoring  and  other  related  tax

Stephanie Drum, CPA Senior Tax Manager

Stephanie Drum, CPA joined KAF in the fall of 2009. She was previously employed by a big four firm in 

Boston.   Stephanie’s experience  in public accounting spans over 13 years.   Stephanie acts as a  liaison 

between partners, clients and internal staff.  She is responsible for managing a variety of assignments 

and specializes in complex tax strategies for organizations with multiple entities and their owners.  She 

also works to develop new business for the firm and mentors the tax staff. 

Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts‐Dartmouth 

and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College.  She is a member of the American Institute of 

Certified  Public  Accountants,  the  Massachusetts  Society  of  Certified  Public  Accountants,  the 

Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants’ State Tax Committee and  is a past president 

and current member of the American Society of Women Accountants.  In addition, she belongs to the 

Mass Society – Student Speaker Outreach Bureau and is an active volunteer in various community and 

non‐profit organizations. 

David Dargy, CPA, MST Tax Manager 

David joined KAF in 2011 as a manager with over 15 years of experience in public accounting.  He is 

responsible for final review of complex corporate, partnership and  individual federal and state tax 

returns.    David  has  proven  to  be  an  asset  in  performing  research  as  part  of  tax  planning  and 

consulting engagements.  Dave’s management of staff and focus on work flow allows him to meet 

client, engagement and firm needs.  

David has a Bachelor’s of Science degree  in Accounting and a Master’s degree  in Taxation from Bryant 

University.    He  is  a  member  of  the  Massachusetts  and  Rhode  Island  Societies  of  Certified  Public 

Accountants.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and 

is on the Tax Committees of the AICPA and MSCPA.   

Celeste M. Walcott, CPA, MST Manager

Celeste has worked  in public accounting for 8 years and serviced many types of businesses  including 

construction,  distribution,  not‐for‐profit,  corporations  and  individuals.    She  is  a  member  of  the 

American  Institute of Certified Public Accountants and  the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public 

Accountants.   Celeste received her Bachelor of Science degree  in Accounting from Bridgewater State

Roxanne Finch Emond, CPA, MSA, MST Senior Tax Accountant

Roxanne joined KAF in the fall of 2009.  Roxanne has worked in public accounting for 5 years prior 

to joining KAF.  In her role Roxanne prepares and reviews tax documentation and researches technical 

tax matters for many different industires. 

Roxanne  has  a  Bachelor’s  of  Arts  in  History  and  Political  Science  from  the  University  of  North 

Carolina.   She also has two advanced degrees.   She has a Master’s of Science  in Accounting  from

Kristin  joined KAF  in November of 2010.   She  is a CPA with 6 plus years experience specializing  in 

accounting  and  tax  compliance  and  advisory  services,  bookkeeping  consulting,  and  financial 

statement  and  tax  return  preparation  for  private  companies.  Her  industry  experience  includes 

restaurants and  food services, manufacturing and distribution, real estate management, auto and 

lumber dealers, and professional services. 

Kristin is a graduate of Northestern University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting.  She is a 

member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Insitute of of CPAs.   

 

Lori Najjar, CPA Senior Accountant

Lori joined KAF in January of 2007.  She is a CPA with 10 years experience specializing in accounting, 

auditing  and  financial  statement  preparation.    Her  industry  experience  includes, manufacturing 

distribution, retail and construction and employee benefit plans.    

Lori  is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science Degree  in Accounting.   She  is a 

member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.  

Haley Keefe Staff Associate 

Haley  joined  KAF  in  2007.    She  was  a  staff  associate  in  the  audit  deparment  focusing  on 

compilations, reviews and audits of financial statements.  Haley also assisted the tax department in 

the preparation of tax returns for her clients.
