Application Login

1. Enter the below URL in Internet Explorer browser in Private Browsing.

Right click on IE and click Start In Private Browsing and copy and paste the URL in the browser.

Provide your BSNA ID and password, which you should have received to your email address from BSNA

team. Ex: ID Format to enter: slakamana@coke-bsna.com and click Next.

2. Enter password and click Next

First time login & MFA configuration

3. For the first-time login, it will ask you to setup multifactor authentication registration

a. Click on set it up now

b. Choose the preffered method to receive otp, Click next

c. Provide OTP sent to mobile device and click verify. If verification is successful MFA is configured

correctly.

d. Once the setup process and authentication is completed, the below Login screen will appear.

4. Provide your BSNA ID and password again as given in step-2 and click sign-in.

MFA Validation

After successfully configuring multi factor authentication 4th point. You many need to validate the

authentication process via SMS or Phone call.

Application Login after MFA authentication

After sign-in, if you see the left menu is in expanded mode, please add domain “coke-bsna.com” in IE

browser compatibility mode settings by following steps below.

a. In IE browser, click on wheel icon left to smiley and open compatibility view settings.

b. Under Compatibility View settings, click on Add and then hit close and relaunch the URL again.

5. After URL reload, Application home page will load.

Note: while accessing first time, for some screens you may notice pop-up to allow add-on. Please click

on Allow/show content options wherever applicable, and after installing please reload the page.

To download Active X controls, make sure should have admin rights. Without admin rights you may not

be able to download/see the pop-up’s for Active X controls and some pages will not load properly.

If there are no pop-up’s showed or even after allowing the pop-up, if screens are not loading, please

follow below procedure to install Active X components.

Auto installation of ActiveX Controls

UFP Common Objects V3 – Includes all ActiveX registrations for UFP including the mscomctl.ocx for AIP/UPVR. Extract the files and right click, run as administrator on UFPInstall.cmd (link to file below) https://bsnaprodstrgrep01.blob.core.windows.net/ufpcomobj/UFP_Common_Objects_2018_V3.zip

1. Unzip the file and open the extracted file 2. Right click the UFPInstall.cmd file and choose Run as administrator

If the automated version doesn’t work above, then you need to go through the manual installation below.

MANUAL PROCESS - ACTIVE-X installation:

If there is an issue with auto - downloading UFP- ActiveX components for first time, please follow below

procedure to install manually.

You should be an ADMIN on your system to do this manual process, if you don’t have admin rights on

your system, please take temporary admin rights from admin support team for the first time setup.

Step 1: Ensure Internet Explorer is closed Step 2: Download the ZIP file from this email from the link below: https://bsnaprodstrgrep01.blob.core.windows.net/ufpcomobj/UFP_Common_Objects_2018_V3.zip

Step 3: After download completed. UNZIP (Right click -> extract all) the file:

Step 4: Open extracted file and you will see the below file.

Step 5: Copy the path of the folder:

Step 6: Type CMD in search bar and do a right click on Command Prompt and click on prompt “Run as

administrator”

Once you open command prompt as administrator, give the command as: cd Copy path from step 4 and

run the command by hitting enter

**Make sure to type in “cd” as indicated above before you paste the copied path otherwise the

command will not be recognized.

Once you hit enter, you should see the path is loaded to command prompt as like below screen:

Then type Install.vbs and hit enter, then wait until the cursor stops spinning, it may take a minute to

load all the components on your device.

Step 7: Once the spinner stopped in the Command Prompt window, please re-launch the internet

explorer and re-enter the URL again and make sure all the screens are loading correctly.

Fix for Forecast Not Saving

Depending on you your bottlers security settings you may need your local IT to

complete this section

Modify below internet settings:

1. Browse to the internet properties. Click on internet settings.

2. Navigate to the trusted site and add both of the below UFP URLs to the trusted sites https://ufp.corp.coke-bsna.com/cce_ufp

a. Some bottler may need to uncheck “Require Server Verification” at the bottom of the

screen to be able to add http://ufp.corp.coke-bsna.com/cce_ufp . Then click “Add”

button and close the windows

3. Click on Trusted Site Custom Level. Navigate to Miscellaneous Access data sources across domains

Select Enabled. Select enable

4. Click ok and try to save the data again Its should save successfully
